Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT BNI Life Insurance Jakarta. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan total sampling/sampel jenuh yang berjumlah 50 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui data primer dan sekunder. Teknik analisis  data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis koefisien korelasi, uji t dan uji f. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang siginifikan antara stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT BNI Life Insurance Jakarta, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 24,257 + 0,318 X1 dan nilai ????h???????????????????? 3,197> ???????????????????????? 2,009 dengan signifikan 0,002 < 0,05. (2) Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT BNI Life Insurance Jakarta, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y = 21,093 + 0,410 X2 dan nilai ????h???????????????????? 4.230 > ???????????????????????? 2,009 dengan signifikan 0,000 < 0,05. (3) Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara stres kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT BNI Life Insurance Jakarta, hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y = 7.630 + 0.343X1 + 0.429X2, nilai korelasi sebesar 0.602, serta nilai ????h???????????????????? 13,335> ???????????????????????? 3,18 dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Mutiara Hexagon Balaraja Banten. The method used is quantitative. The sampling technique used the Slovin formula and the sample obtained in this study was 71 respondents. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, correlation coefficient tests, determination coefficient tests, and hypothesis tests. The results of the research are that work motivation has a positive effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 29.443 + 0.358X1, a correlation value of 0.439, meaning that the two variables have a moderate level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 19.2%. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount > ttable or (4.055 > 1.995). In this way, Ho1 is rejected and Ha1 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive influence of work motivation on employee performance. Work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance with a simple linear regression equation Y = 22.658 + 1.000X2, a correlation value of 0.615, meaning the two variables have a strong level of relationship. The coefficient of determination value is 43.0%. The hypothesis test obtained is tcount > ttable or (6.479 > 1.995), meaning that Ho2 is rejected and Ha2 is accepted, meaning that there is a positive influence on employee performance. Work motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on employee performance with the multiple linear regression equation Y = 17.322 + 0.200X1 + 0.853X2, a correlation value of 0.656, meaning that work motivation and work discipline have a strong relationship with employee performance. The coefficient of determination value is 43.0% while the remaining 57.0% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained a value of Fcount > Ftable or (25.640 > 3.13). Thus, Ho3 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This means that there is a positive influence of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of work motivation and organizational culture on the performance of KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar employees in Bogor City partially and simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method, using questionnaire data collection techniques, primary and secondary data using non-probability sampling techniques with saturated sampling techniques. The results of this research were that all questionnaire items were declared valid by obtaining a calculated r value > r table (0.227) and a reliable level for the Work Motivation variable (X1) 0.945, Organizational Culture (X2) 0.878, Employee Performance (Y) 0.931 which has a Cronbatch Alpha value greater than 0.600. And the results of this research show that work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 17.512 + 0.656 (X1), the correlation coefficient value is 0.734, meaning that the two variables have a strong relationship with a determination coefficient of 53.9% and hypothesis testing is obtained. t count > t table (9,240> 1,666). Organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance with the regression equation Y = 23.694 + 0.419 (X2), the correlation coefficient value is 0.464, meaning that the two variables have a moderate relationship with a coefficient of determination of 21.5% and the hypothesis test is obtained t count > t table (4,470>1,666). Work Motivation and Organizational Culture have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 16.160+0.530(X1) + 0.075(X2), the correlation coefficient value is 0.544, meaning that the independent variable and the dependent variable have a moderate level of relationship with a coefficient of determination of 54 .4% while the remaining 45.6% is influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing obtained F count > F table or (42.916> 3.120) thus H03 was rejected and Ha3 was accepted, this shows that there is a significant simultaneous influence between Work Motivation and Organizational Culture on the Performance of KSPPS Baytul Ikhtiar Employees in Bogor City.
