Performance in an organization is carried out by all human resources in the organization, both from the leadership and subordinate elements. One way for an employee to provide good performance is through work discipline. Apart from being influenced by work discipline, another thing that can have an impact on the performance results given by an employee is the physical work environment. According to Darmadi (2020: 242), the work environment includes something that is around employees so that it affects an individual in carrying out the obligations that have been assigned to him. In this proposal, the type of research used is quantitative research, where according to Panuluh (2019) quantitative research is research related to scientific activities carried out by researchers and researchers formulate specific problems in the form of numerical data and to analyze these data, statistical analysis is used which aims to test predetermined hypotheses. The population in this study were employees of PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Steel Tower Division in Bogor, totaling 98 employees. In this study, researchers used saturated samples because the entire population was used as a research sample, namely 98 employees. Based on the results of multiple regression calculations Y = 4.922 + 0,251 X1 + 0,630 X2 + e. influence on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and physical work environment on the performance of employees of PT Bukaka Teknik Utama Steel Tower Division in Bogor simultaneously. This is supported by the results of the F hypothesis test which shows the value of fcount > ftabel, namely 113,582 > 3,090 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) value is 0.840 which shows that employee performance is influenced by work discipline and the physical work environment by 70,5% while the remaining 29,5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study.
