Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the partial influence of work motivation on employee performance, to determine the partial influence of workload on employee performance, to determine the simultaneous influence of work motivation and workload on employee performance at PT. State Savings Bank (PERSERO) Tbk. Bintaro Jaya Branch Office. This research method uses a quantitative description method, data collection techniques using questionnaires. The population is 134 employees, sampling can use the Slovin formula, so the sample is all consumers totaling 100 employees. Data analysis uses validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis and hypothesis testing, t-test calculation results for the Work Motivation variable (X1) with a tcount of 4.845 and a significance of 0.000. Because tcount is greater than ttable (4.845 > 1.984) and the significance is smaller than 5%, Ha1 is accepted and H01 is rejected, it can be stated that Work Motivation (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y). Based on the results of the t test calculation for the workload variable (X2) with a t count of 7.570 and a significance of 0.000. Because tcount is greater than ttable (7.570 > 1.984) and the significance is smaller than 5% (0.000), Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, it can be stated that workload (X2) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y). Based on the results above, namely the ANOVA test, the Fcount value was 81.374, while the Ftable ( 0.05) for n = 97 was 2.70. So Fcount > from Ftable ( 0.05) or 81,374 > 2.70, with a significant level of 0.000 because 0.000 < 0.05, then it can be said that Work Motivation (X1), Workload (X2) and together have an influence on Employee Performance (Y).

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the Investment Opportunity Set and Profit Growth on the Quality of Profits at PT. Wijaya Karya Tbk. The inde-pendent variable that is the focus of this research consists of two variables, namely Investment Opportunity Set and Profit Growth. Meanwhile, the dependent variable is Earnings Quality. The type of research carried out in preparing this thesis is us-ing quantitative research methods, and the data used is secondary data in the form of the Annual Financial Report of PT Wijaya Karya Tbk for 2013-2022 which was obtained from the official website of PT Wijaya Karya Tbk. This research method uses linear analysis techniques simple, multiple, andhypothesis testing using the F test and t test. Apart from that, classical assumption tests were also carried out which included normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests, and autocorrelation tests. From the results of the Partial Test (T Test) of the Investment Opportunity Set on Earnings Quality, it shows that the calculated t value is 2800 > t table of 1895 and the significance value is0.027 < 0.05, so the Investment Oppor-tunity Set has a significant effect on Earnings Quality. The results of the Partial Test (T Test) of Profit Growth on Profit Quality show a calculated t value of 2.038 > t table of 1895 and asignificance value of 0.081 < 0.05, so Profit Growth has a sig-nificant effect on Profit Quality. The results of the Simultaneous Test (F Test) of In-vestment Opportunity Set and Profit Growth on Profit Quality obtained a calculat-ed f value of 8.822 > f table 4.74 and a significance value of 0.012 < 0.05, so it can be    concluded that Investment Opportunity Set and Profit Growth on Quality Prof-it has a significant impact.
