Abstract

The aim of this is to determine the influence of Work Discipline and Work Environment on employee performance, both partially and simultaneously at PT. Royal Citra Abadi Tangerang. This research method uses a descriptive method that is associative in nature. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The sample used in this research was the result of saturated sampling, namely 80 respondents. Data analysis used the SPSS version 26 program. The analysis tecniques used were data instrument testing, classical assumption testing, regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coefficient analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the research results, Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2) multiple linear regression equation Y = 9.883 + 0.268 X1 + 0.497 X2. Simultaneous hypotesis testing (F test) obtained a calculated F value > F tabel (39,779 > 2,72). this was also reinforced by a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05, thus H3 was accepted, meaning that simultaneously there was a significant influence between Work Discipline (X1) and Work Environment (X2) on employee performance (Y). The coefficient of determination value has an influence of 50.8% while the remainder (100% - 50,8% = 49,2%) is influenced by other factors that were not carried out in the research.

Abstract

This Research ains to determine the effect of leadership style and work environment on employee performance at PT Damai Indah Golf Bumi Serpong Damai.This research uses quantitative methods to research certain populations or samples, sampling is generally random and data analysis is quantitative/statistical. The results of this research found that partially leadership style and work environment had a positive and significant effect on workmorale.Leadership style is the quality and quantity of work results achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given tohim. In this case, the influence of a leader is very decisive, because to realize goals,the company needs to apply a leadership style or work pattern that is consistent with the work situation it faces. Apart from that, a leader in carrying out his duties must try to create and maintain good relationships with his subordinates so that they can work productively. In this way, company productivity can be indirectly increased. The success of a leader in his leadership style, where there are differences in behavior between individuals faced, will support the formation of aneffective leadership style.The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of leadership style and work environment on employee morale at PT Damai Indah Golf Bumi Serpong Damai. The population in this study were all employees of PT Damai Indah Golf Bumi Serpong Damai, totaling 50 employees. Determining the number of samplestaken as respondents using a saturated sample, namely using the entire populationas a sample. The data collection techniques used in this research were questionnaires and interviews. The analysis techniques used in this research are multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumptions, hypothesis testing, andcoefficient of determination.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of work discipline and motivation on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The object of the study was conducted on employees of the Public Housing and Settlement Area Service of Serang City located at Jl. Brigjen KH Samun No. 7 Kotabaru, Serang District, Serang City, Banten With a total of 65 respondents. The data used in the study are primary data, with a questionnaire as a research instrument. The analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, T test, and F test. The results of the study indicate that, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 22.936 + 0.436. Hypothesis testing obtained tcount> ttable or 4.674> ttable 2.007 or significant 0.000 <0.05, this indicates that there is a positive and significant partial influence between Work Motivation on Employee Performance at the Housing and Settlement Service of Serang City. Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions with the regression equation Y = 16,466 + 0.582X2, the hypothesis test obtained t count> t table or 5.881> t table 2.007 and significant 0.000 <0.05. This shows that there is a positive and significant partial influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Serang City Housing and Settlement Service. And simultaneously there is an influence of Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance with the regression equation Y = 15.147+ 0.168 X1 + 0.450 X2. The coefficient of determination value is 41.8%. The hypothesis test obtained 18.686> F table 3.175. by using a significance limit of 0.05, the value of a significance is 0.000 <0.05. Thus, H03 is rejected and Ha3 is accepted. This indicates a simultaneous positive and significant influence between work motivation and work discipline on employee performance at the Serang City Housing and Settlement Agency.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Gajah Tunggal Tbk. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini karyawan sebanyak 80 orang. Metode pengumpulan data sekunder dan primer. Metode analisis data yang digunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier sederhana dan berganda, uji koefisien korelasi (R), uji determinasi (R Square), dan uji hipotesis (uji F dan uji t).  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, yang ditunjukkan oleh persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=10,167+0,779 X1, dengan nilai korelasi sebesar 0,760 dan koefisien determinasi 57,8%. Uji t menunjukkan nilai t_hitung 3,399 > t_tabel 1,991 dengan signifikansi 0,001 < 0,050. Disiplin kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan persamaan regresi linier sederhana Y=14,229+0,680X2, nilai korelasi 0,800, dan koefisien determinasi 64,1%. Uji t menunjukkan nilai t_hitung 5,202 > t_tabel 1,991 dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,050. Secara simultan, motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, terbukti dari persamaan regresi linier berganda Y=8,975+0,355X1 + 0,450X2, dengan nilai korelasi 0,829, dan koefisien determinasi 68,7%. Uji F menunjukkan nilai F_hitung 84,655 > F_tabel 3,115 dan p-value 0,000 < 0,05, menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel independen secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan secara signifikan

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. YOKIRIM DIGITAL INDONESIA. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 65 orang dengan menggunakan sampel jenuh. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Pada uji hipotesis, yang pertama yaitu pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. YOKIRIM DIGITAL INDONESIA diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (7,043 > 1,999) dan diperkuat dengan nilai Sig. < 0,050 atau (0,000 < 0,050). Maka dapat dinyatakan secara parsial disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. YOKIRIM DIGITAL INDONESIA. Sedangkan uji hipotesis kedua yaitu pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. YOKIRIM DIGITAL INDONESIA diperoleh nilai t hitung > t tabel atau (6,064 > 1,999) dan diperkuat dengan nilai Sig. < 0,050 atau (0,000 < 0,050). Maka dapat dinyatakan secara parsial pengalaman kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. YOKIRIM DIGITAL INDONESIA. Adapun uji hipotesis yang ketiga yaitu pengaruh disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. YOKIRIM DIGITAL INDONESIA diperoleh nilai f hitung > f tabel atau sebesar (30,045 > 3,14) hal ini diperkuat dengan nilai Sig. < 0,050 atau (0,000 < 0,050). Artinya secara simultan disiplin kerja dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. YOKIRIM DIGITAL INDONESIA.
