Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui produk layanan jasa keuangan digital mobile banking syariah serta dampaknya dampak inovasi keuangan digital mobile banking syariah Bank Muamalat terhadap pekermbangan Bank Syariah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif. Tekhnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu wawancara, observasi maupun dokumentasi. Penerapan digital Islamic network (DIN) Muamalat yang diperkenalkan dan diimplemntasikan di seluruh Indonesia pada 14 November 2019, Bank Muamalat menargetkan dapat memberikan layanan yang mampu dan tidak rumit sehingga berimplikasi positif kepada nasabah. Produk ini diupgrade agar tidak kalah dengan produk lainnya dan mampu bersaing di era digital 4.0. Dampak penerapan Islamic digital network (DIN) terhadap layanan perbankan di era digitalisasi adalah: penggunaan digital Islamic network (DIN) Muamalat memberikan kemudahan pelayanan kepada nasabah, menghemat waktu, memberikan keamanan kepada nasabah dan memberikan kepuasan pelanggan. This study aims to determine the digital financial service products of sharia mobile banking and the impact of Bank Muamalat's sharia mobile banking digital financial innovation on the development of Islamic Banks. This type of research is field research with the research approach used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observations and documentation. The implementation of Muamalat's digital Islamic network (DIN) which was introduced and implemented throughout Indonesia on November 14, 2019, Bank Muamalat targets to be able to provide capable and uncomplicated services that have positive implications for customers. This product is upgraded so that it is not inferior to other products and is able to compete in the digital era 4.0. The impact of implementing Islamic digital network (DIN) on banking services in the digitalization era is: the use of digital Islamic network (DIN) Muamalat provides ease of service to customers, saves time, provides security to customers and provides customer satisfaction.
