Abstract

UMKM merupakan salah satu kelompok usaha masyarakat yang paling banyak berada di Kabupaten Sleman yang sangat signifikan dalam membantu meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Sleman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil pengelompokan UMKM Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2022 agar dapat menjadi informasi dan masukan untuk memudahkan pemerintah terkait dalam menetapkan strategi dan kebijakan yang tepat sebagai prioritas utama untuk mengembangkan UMKM. Data yang digunakan adalah data UMKM Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2022 yang diperoleh dari Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Sleman. Data terdiri dari 574 anggota UMKM dengan 3 variabel yaitu aset, omset, dan pekerja. Langkah-langkah penelitian yaitu pengumpulan data, preprocessing data, clustering menggunakan Self Organizing Map dan Fuzzy C-Means, validasi klaster, dan analisis klaster terbaik. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga metode validasi klaster pada SOM yaitu indeks silhouette, indeks dunn, dan indeks connectivity, sedangkan pada FCM menggunakan dua metode validasi yaitu indeks silhouette dan indeks dunn. Berdasarkan nilai indeks silhouette dan indeks dunn diperoleh jumlah klaster optimal metode SOM sebanyak 3 klaster dengan nilai masing-masing indeks yaitu 0.8676 dan 0.8177. Berdasarkan nilai indeks silhouette diperoleh metode jumlah klaster optimal metode FCM sebanyak 3 klaster dengan nilai indeks 0.96944, sehingga diperoleh jumlah klaster optimal yang dapat digunakan sebanyak 3 klaster menggunakan metode FCM.

Abstract

Research Originality: This study enhances the comprehension of micro-enterprise owners who have transitioned to entrepreneurship by investigating their enhanced skills and flexibility in using digital technology.Research Objectives: This study examined the factors that influence technology adoption by business owners with experience in Microenterprises (MIEs). It also explored how digital technology's adoption mediates the relationship between these factors and the firm's performance.Research Methods: This study uses quantitative Path Analysis to examine the causal links between variables that impact the performance of micro-enterprises (MIEs) in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. A random sample of 461 MIE owners was selected.Empirical Results: The research found that micro-enterprises with organizational readiness and strategic orientation are more likely to use digital technology than those that do not adapt to or follow modern times. The cause was the high strategic orientation of Yogyakarta's MIEs.Implications: This study's empirical implication is to assess MIE development programmes in terms of digital technology usefulness within the context of business creation and technological transfer through MIEs in Yogyakarta.JEL Classification: C12, C31, O31How to Cite:Fridayani, H. Abstract

This research aims to observe the intention behavior of the young followers to use the payment services in Muhammadiyah Zakat Institution (LAZISMU) to donate Zakat funds as Islamic Social Finance especially for help national and global humanitarian programs, by adopting the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) Model-2. The payment services used as intermediaries for young donors with beneficiaries for humanitarian and disaster issues, such as natural disasters, hunger, and social conflict. This research used quantitative analytical methods and primary data collected through questionnaire obtained 255 respondents from Y and Z followers, in local Yogyakarta Province. Then the analysis technique is Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result of this research showed that all the variables of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) Model-2 partially have a positive and significant effect toward young followers’ intention behaviors to pay zakat in the payment services in LAZISMU Yogyakarta. And all variables can affect the intention and use behavior of the payment services in LAZISMU moderated by the variable of Trust from young followers used payment services and digital payment in LAZISMU Yogyakarta. The present research will assist the LAZISMU as a National Islamic Philanthropy Institution in Indonesia, mapping the targets an intention and support of young donors who have accessed payment service for distributing zakat to the mustahik who is included in humanitarian, socio-economic problems, and disaster. Furthermore, this study will contribute to existing literature of Zakat through Zakat Institution.
