<![CDATA[The maternal mortality rate is an indicator of the degree of public health in a country. Anemia is one of the health problems throughout the world, especially developing countries with the prevalence of anemia in Indonesia, namely 13.32% of pregnant women with anemia and 50.5% of puerperal anemia. The purpose of this writing is to provide comprehensive midwifery care for pregnant women, maternity, postpartum and be able to analyze the gap between theory and practice. The sample was a pregnant woman in the second trimester of gestation, 26 weeks 2 days, G1P0A0. The research time is May – December 2023 in the PMB Minarti work area. The research instrument uses the SOAP documentation method with a varney management mindset. The collection technique uses primary data through interviews, observations, physical examinations, KIA books. The results of the care were obtained Mrs. M G1P0A0 gestational age 29 weeks 2 days with physiological pregnancy. Spontaneous delivery at PMB Minarti. The puerperium period lasts normally there is no bleeding, uterine contractions are good, lochea rubra, perinium abrasions, mothers get vitamin A. In newborns the results of anthropometric examination are normal. Tujuan penulisan ini yaitu memberikan asuhan kebidanan secara komprehensif pada ibu hamil, bersalin, nifas serta mampu melakukan analisa kesenjangan antara teori dan praktik. Sampel adalah seorang ibu hamil trimester II usia kehamilan 26 minggu 2 hari, G1P0A0. Waktu penelitian Mei – Desember 2023 di wilayah kerja PMB Minarti. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan metode dokumentasi SOAP dengan pola pikir manajemen varney. Teknik pengumpulan menggunakan data primer melalui wawancara, observasi, pemeriksaan fisik, buku KIA. Hasil asuhan didapatkan Ny. M G1P0A0 usia kehamilan 29 minggu 2 hari dengan kehamilan fisiologis. Persalinan secara spontan di PMB Minarti. Masa nifas berlangsung normal tidak ada pendarahan, kontraksi uterus baik, lochea rubra, luka lecet perinium, ibu mendapatkan vitamin A. Pada bayi baru lahir hasil pemeriksaan antropometri normal. Ny. M memutuskan menggunakan KB suntik 3 bulan.]]>
