Abstract

A village profile is needed to provide an accurate, comprehensive and integral picture of the village's potential and level of development. Through the University's Real Work Lecture activities on August 17 1945, we tried to help Kalidami RW 10 Village located in Surabaya City, East Java Province in an effort to create a village profile. Based on problem identification, the profile of Mojo RW 10 Village contains some information on the number of existing UMKM. However, there is some data that is still not complete or updated. For example, data that has not been updated is about Waste Generation, Village Profile, Waste Savings, etc. Therefore, the objectives of this service activity are: 1) creating a profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which contains complete village potential data and 2) presenting profile data of Mojo RW 10 Village which can be accessed in printed and electronic versions. The methods used are secondary data collection, surveys and interviews. Evaluation of this activity is carried out directly during the profile creation activity, so that output can be produced that meets the wishes of the target audience. The output of this activity is a printed book on the profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which is one of the documents available at the RW 10 hall and a video profile of Mojo RW 10 Village which has been uploaded on social media.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the leading economic sectors in Sidoarjo Regency. This study uses secondary data in the form of time series data from the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Sidoarjo Regency and East Java Province in 2014-2023. The analytical tools used in this study are: 1). Location Quotient (LQ) analysis is used to determine the basic and non-basic sectors in the economy of Sidoarjo Regency. 2). Shift Share analysis is used to determine changes and shifts in the economic structure of Sidoarjo Regency. The results of the study show that from the calculation of the LQ analysis, the basic or leading sectors in Sidoarjo Regency are three sectors, namely Electricity and Gas Procurement, Transportation and Warehousing, and the Manufacturing Industry sector. The results of the analysis show that the economic sector that has rapid growth and has a competitive advantage with rapid growth so that it has the potential to increase competitiveness is the manufacturing industry sector. Therefore, the Manufacturing Industry sector is a top priority in supporting the economic development of Sidoarjo Regency in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi dan prospek dalam menentukan Investasi atau Trading dalam saham PT Multipolar Technology Tbk (MLPT). Penelitian ini menggunakan data data sekunder yaitu Laporan keuangan tahunan MLPT tahun 2019-2023. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Metode Analisis Fundamental, Metode Analisis Teknikal, dan Metode Analisis SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). Hasil Penelitian dalam menggunakan Analisis fundamental menunjukkan bahwa saham PT Multipolar Technology Tbk (MLPT) memiliki prospek investasi yang sangat menguntungkan, terutama karena indikator keuangan yang stabil dan strategi bisnis yang fokus pada solusi teknologi modern. Sehingga Saham MLPT cocok untuk investor jangka panjang yang mencari eksposur pada sektor teknologi dengan potensi pertumbuhan yang stabil. Dengan prospek industri yang cerah dan strategi diversifikasi portofolio perusahaan, saham ini dapat menjadi pilihan untuk investasi jangka panjang. Namun bagi trader, volatilitas saham MLPT menawarkan peluang untuk perdagangan harian atau mingguan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the economic crisis caused by the spread of the Covid 19 virus on the macroeconomic level in Bali. This research method uses qualitative methods and library research. Data collection techniques, namely recording important information in conducting data analysis by means of data reduction, displaying data and drawing conclusions so as to get conclusions. The results of the study show that the impact of the economic crisis caused by the spread of Covid 19 is very significant for the macroeconomic level of the Bali region. Bali is an area that is well-known for tourism so that most of Bali's Regional Original Revenue is based on the tourism sector. The lack of visitors coming from both local and foreign countries has caused Bali's original regional income to decrease and this has affected the country's foreign exchange earnings. The government's role in maintaining the welfare of its people who are fawning over Covid 19 has also caused the government's debt to increase to purchase social assistance to the community. Companies that are involved in the world of tourism are advised to maintain their health while adhering to health protocols to avoid another Covid-19 virus attack. The Bali government is also expected to be able to provide services to companies and communities affected by Covid 19 in providing jobs.
