Abstract

There are still many MSMEs in Klampok Village, Blitar City that do not have business legality. These business actors underestimate the legality of business on the grounds that without having business legality, the business they run is fine and they still have buyers. According to them, business legality has no effect on sales. Because most MSMEs in the Klampok Village do not understand the existence of a Business Identification Number (NIB) for business legality. Case study and hands-on practice are the methods used in the community service activities this time which were carried out at the NIB Command Post for assistance in making MSME NIB. The results of this NIB mentoring activity were able to improve the abilities and skills of Klampok Village residents, especially business actors regarding the importance of NIB in increasing economic resilience and faster and safer business development in terms of business legality. carried out in the Klampok Village Hall has gone according to plan, namely the awareness of MSME actors regarding business legality ownership which will have a positive impact on their business in the future.

Abstract

This paper discusses the procedure for making a Business Identification Number (NIB) in Klampok Village, Sananwetan District, Blitar City. This paper will discuss in detail how to create an NIB account so that business actors can have a legal permit to establish their business. From what we already know, that Indonesia is a country that has a lot of MSMEs scattered. Indonesia is a country that has a variety of diversity, ranging from abundant natural wealth to various cultures. By utilising the existing wealth, the Indonesian people come up with new innovations to sustain their lives by producing materials that are in the surrounding environment to be developed for the better. So it is not surprising that this country has various types of businesses that vary in each region. With the existence of various types of businesses, making this country many job opportunities. This can make Indonesia's economic growth increase. With that, the government made innovations to facilitate every business actor by reforming the business licensing system through the Business Identification Number (NIB). The NIB can be accessed through the Risk-Based OSS system (OSS RBA) which has been coordinated by the Indonesian government with Investment (BKPM). NIB itself is an official identity number distributed by the government to every business operating in Indonesia, including MSMEs. Therefore, it is important, especially for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), to apply for a business licence to help and facilitate the sustainability of their business. Through the NIB registration post, MSMEs will get a detailed explanation of the requirements and procedures for NIB registration. This helps reduce confusion and difficulties that may be faced by MSMEs in taking care of NIB registration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan, kepercayaan, dan kualitas pelayanan secara simultan dan secara parsial terhadap keputusan menggunakan aplikasi gojek. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jawa Timur yang pernah menggunakan transportasi online layanan pada aplikasi GOJEK. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan jenis metode purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan secara online. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan program pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS for windows versi 25. Dari hasil analisis yang dilakukan ditemukan bahwa adanya pengaruh positif signifikan secara simultan antara kemudahan, kepercayaan, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan menggunakan aplikasi gojek pada mahasiswa UPN Veteran Jawa Timur. Akan tetapi, secara parsial variabel kemudahan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan aplikasi Gojek. Sedangkan secara parsial pada variabel kepercayaan dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan aplikasi Gojek.
