Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve students mathematics learning outcomes through the STAD type cooperative method. This research was conducted in class III at SDN Babatan IV Surabaya on two-dimentional figure as material. This research is a type of classroom action research. The research approach used in this research is a quantitative and qualitative approach. This classroom action research uses the Kemmis & Mc Taggart model. The samples taken were 35 students. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence between STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) on the learning outcomes of class III students at SDN Babatan IV Surabaya.

Abstract

Unemployment is still a major problem in Indonesia. Although the government has made several efforts to address the unemployment problem, the fact is that this problem is still not resolved. This study aims to reanalyze how the government's efforts in overcoming unemployment in Indonesia are based on its strategies and policies. The method used in research is the study of literature. The results of the study explain that there are several efforts as strategies and policies that can be carried out by the government in overcoming the unemployment problem, namely improving the education system, creating jobs, providing accurate and transparent job information, organizing job training programs, developing marine potential and simplifying investment licensing. Given that the problem of unemployment is not only caused from one dimension, the government needs to solve the problem of unemployment from various dimensions. Keyword: Problem Unemployment, Government Strategy and Policy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi dan menganalisis pembiayaan akad mudharabah dalam lembaga keuangan syariah di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada pemahaman dan praktik yang ada di media. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kualitatif, dengan analisis data menggunakan software NVivo 14 dan tinjauan pustaka. Analisis data dilakukan dengan memetakan kode artikel berita, visualisasi hasil, dan menguji hubungan antara artikel media terkait akad mudharabah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengertian dan hukum akad mudharabah lebih sering dibahas, sementara pelaksanaan dan hukum mudharabah kurang mendapat perhatian. Temuan ini dapat menjadi acuan bagi lembaga keuangan syariah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan praktik pelaksanaan akad mudharabah untuk meningkatkan minat masyarakat melaksanakan akad mudharabah.
