Abstract

The implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination program is expected to gradually reach all target targets. To strengthen the prevention program through vaccination, 5M health protocols also need to be implemented to minimize the spread of COVID-19. The success of the Covid-19 vaccination program will be measured by identifying which parties are working with the government to foster cooperation, and this will provide an overview of how the policy or program is implemented. his research is qualitative. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the primary and booster vaccination programs is important to prevent non-compliance with vaccination patients to minimize the transmission of COVID-19. This program is carried out for a week by giving interviews to vaccination program holders at UPTD Puskesmas. Data will be analyzed univariately in the elaboration Evaluation of the implementation of the primary and booster vaccination programs in terms of patient compliance at the Mengwi I Health Center. The output of this study shows that the achievement indicator of success in winning the primary reaches 100%, but for the implementation of booster activation, the indicator of success only reaches 70%. The implementation of primary vaccination is carried out more evenly when compared to the implementation of booster vaccinations. Thus, It is hoped that the administration of vaccines can be carried out evenly so that a healthy community is created and the whole community receives vaccinations

Abstract

Entering old age, a person will experience a condition of physical deterioration characterized by less clear hearing, worsening vision, decreased muscle strength resulting in slow movements, and disproportionate body movements. As a result of the physical changes of the elderly, resulting in impaired physical mobility that will limit the independence of the elderly in fulfilling daily activities and cause the risk of falling in the elderly. In Indonesia, the prevalence of injuries falls in the population over the age of 55 years reaches 49.4%, the age over 65 years and over 67.1% (Ministry of Health, RI, 2017). This training aims to reduce the risk of falls in the elderly. This training will be held face-to-face for one month in four meetings. The meeting consisted of pre-test assessment activities, lectures, video screenings, booklet distribution and post-test assessments. Previously, the team prepared and tested high risk management videos which were used as educational media in this training. The results of the study obtained increased knowledge of the risk of falling by elderly cadres with pre-test and post-test scores of 60 and 80. Abstract

Introduction: Nursing services are an integral part of hospital health services, and they have a very strategic position in efforts to improve the quality of consumer services coming to the hospital. The delivery of quality health services highlights the need for multi-stakeholder action at all health system levels. The hospital can maintain patient loyalty and gain public trust by providing efficient and quality services by providing good service. This study examined the effect of empathy, communication, and emotional intelligence on the quality of nursing services at RSIA Bunda Denpasar.Methods: The design of this study was cross-sectional, using a multivariate test and convenience sampling technique. The independent variables in this study were empathy, communication, and emotional intelligence. Meanwhile, the dependent variable in this study is the quality of nursing services at RSIA Bunda Denpasar. The timing of this study is in May 2024. This study used a sampling of 38 respondents. The instruments in this study used empathy, communication, caring, and nursing service quality questionnaires. A validity test value of 0.650-1,000, 0.790-1,000, 0.500-1,000, and 0.545-1,000, and a reliability test value of 0.877, 0.756, 0.765, and 0.867. Results: the results of the multivariate test showed the significance value of each variable has a significance value of <0.005, so the influence of empathy, communication, and emotional intelligence on the quality of nursing services at RSIA Bunda DenpasarConclusion: It is recommended that health service managers improve the quality of human resources by providing nursing services well.

Abstract

Background: Hospitals are health service organizations providing integrated care by professional caregivers, including doctors, nurses, nutritionists, and pharmacists. Nursing care documentation is essential for patients, nurses, and the entire health team involved in service delivery. Complete documentation supports continuity of patient care, facilitates coordination among professionals, and contributes positively to patient safety. Therefore, the completeness of nursing documentation plays an important role in improving the overall quality of health services provided by hospitals in daily clinical practice settings. Subjective: This study aims to determine the optimization of the quality of nursing care documentation through nursing supervision training at RSIA Bunda Denpasar. Methods: This study uses a pre-experiment method with a one group pre-test post test design. This study included a population of 38 nurses on duty in inpatient and the sample in this study was taken with a total sampling technique of 38 people. This study uses the wilcoxon signed rank test. Results: The results of the Wilcoxon signed rank test obtained a significance value of < 0.005 for each variable so that supervision training was obtained to be able to optimize the quality of nursing care documentation through nursing supervision training in the Inpatient Room of RSIA Bunda Denpasar. Conclusion: Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that the provision of proctor and reflective model supervision training is able to optimize the quality of nursing care documentation through nursing supervision training in the Inpatient Room of RSIA Bunda Denpasar.
