Abstract

Kendaraan merupakan salah satu elemen yang sangat penting bagi kebutuhan masyarakat untuk menunjang kehidupan mereka. Kendaraan perlu diservis secara berkala agar dapat digunakan secara efektif oleh mereka. Salah satu layanan bisnis yang bergerak pada bidang service kendaraan di Kota Takengon adalah Dika Motor. mungkin sebagian pengendara tidak bisa mendatangi toko bengkel tersebut di karnakan motor telah mati atau tidak bisa di nyalakan. dengan adanya aplikasi bengkel service online ini para pengendara dapat memesan service secara online, dan tidak perlu lagi untuk mendorong kendaraan mereka ke bengkel tetapi pihak bengkel yang akan mendatangin para pemesan bengkel service online. aplikasi ini juga sangat berguna untuk para pengendara yang sedang dalam perjalanan yang sedang mengalami problem saat berkendara dan sangat jauh dari bengkel yang di dekat posisi pengendara berada yang tidak memungkinkan mendorong motor mereka sampai ke bengkel terdekat. Pengendara hanya dengan memesan service secara online dan pihak bengkel yang akan mendatangi posisi pemesan bengkel berada. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Diharapkan dengan adanya sistem ini mempermudah pelanggan dalam memesan jasa service motor dimana saja dan kapan saja.

Abstract

Naturally, a mother hen incubates her eggs until they hatch completely. However, the success rate of natural hatching is low, and hatching can be completed with a maximum of 10 eggs. Chicken farming, more specifically the chicken egg hatching system, breeders usually use an incubator for the process of hatching chicken eggs. In the incubator, there is a lamp that has been provided which is used for the process of warming the eggs so that the eggs can hatch properly and of good quality with incandescent lamps. In general, the process of hatching eggs often encounters problems or obstacles. The obstacle that is often experienced when hatching chicken eggs is that the incubator only uses incandescent lights. Therefore, to avoid this problem, a microcontroller was designed to overcome this problem. This tool is a combination of a microcontroller with an Arduino-based temperature and humidity sensor. With this tool, after the eggs hatch, when the lights are off, the sensor can read the output in the form of the incubator temperature, which is detected by the Arduino serial display. Design methods and experimental methods were used in this research. Tool testing is divided into three types, namely temperature testing, humidity testing and egg load testing. Abstract

This research aims to develop a web-based information system that supports the sale of agricultural products in Kampung Bewang. Until now, agricultural product marketing has often been carried out conventionally, limiting market reach and reducing farmers' potential profits. The system is designed to facilitate product management, order tracking, and online payment integration, while also providing a user-friendly interface. The implementation of this system is expected to enhance market accessibility for farmers, expand sales reach, and improve transaction efficiency. Additionally, this system will enable farmers to reduce their reliance on intermediaries, thereby increasing their overall profit.

Abstract

This research discusses the design, implementation, and performance analysis of the TCP/IP protocol on a star topology network using Cisco Packet Tracer version 8.2.2. The study aims to evaluate network communication effectiveness and demonstrate the advantages of star topology in improving stability, scalability, management efficiency, and data transmission performance compared to the previously implemented bus topology at the Faculty of Engineering Laboratory, Gajah Putih University. The research method used is a simulation-based experimental approach by designing and configuring a virtual network environment consisting of personal computers, laptops, servers, and network switches. The testing process focuses on host-to-host communication, packet transmission, connectivity analysis, delay measurement, and packet loss evaluation. The simulation results indicate that the TCP/IP protocol operates effectively within the star topology network, providing reliable communication with minimal packet loss and acceptable delay performance. Furthermore, the star topology demonstrates better network organization by reducing the possibility of data collisions, improving fault isolation, and simplifying troubleshooting processes. The findings indicate that the integration of TCP/IP protocols with a star topology architecture provides a more efficient and reliable network solution for educational laboratory environments. Therefore, this implementation can be considered a practical approach for improving network performance, supporting learning activities, and preparing infrastructure for future network development.

Abstract

This research discusses the design and implementation of the TCP/IP protocol on a star topology network using Cisco Packet Tracer version 8.2.2. The main objective of this study is to analyze network performance and demonstrate that the star topology provides greater stability, easier management, and more efficient data communication compared to the bus topology previously used in the Faculty of Engineering Laboratory at Gajah Putih University. The research method applied is a simulation experiment by designing and configuring a network model consisting of virtual PCs, laptops, servers, and switches to represent the actual laboratory network environment. The testing process focuses on communication performance, connectivity, packet transmission, and network efficiency using the TCP/IP protocol. The experimental results show that host-to-host communication runs effectively, with a very low packet loss rate and acceptable delay levels. Furthermore, the star topology successfully minimizes data collisions, improves network reliability, and simplifies troubleshooting processes compared to the bus topology. In conclusion, the implementation of TCP/IP on a star topology network can serve as an effective alternative for improving network quality, stability, and management efficiency in educational laboratory environments.
