Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Al-Hurriyah, Al-Musawah, Al-‘Adalah terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia Kota Medan Cabang Mukhtar Basri . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat kota yang mejadi nasabah pada bank syariah cabang Muchtar Basri yang aktif melakukan transaksi keuangan. Penentuan sampel berdasarkan kemudahan (convenience sampling). Convenience sampling berarti unit sampel yang ditarik mudah dihubungii, tidak menyusahkan, mudah untuk mengukur, dan bersifat kooperatif sehingga peneliti memiliki kebebasan dan kemudahan untuk memilih siapa saja untuk dijadikan sampel penelitian, sebagai sampel untuk penelitian ini diambil 100 orang nasabah Bank Syariah Indonesia Cabang Muchtar Basri yang ada di kota Medan.Metode Penelitian data yang digunakan adalah Analiisis Linier berganda, Temuan peneliian ini adalah sebagai berikut : Berdasarkan hasil ujian t bahwa Al-Hurriyah / Kebebasan mempunyai nilai thitung 2,066 dengan signifikan < 0,05 yaitu 0,041. Nilai thitung menunjukkan lebih besar dari nilai ttabel 2, 066 > 1,660, artnya variabel Al-Hurriyah / Kebebasan berpengaruh (+) signifikan secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah , Al-Musawah / Persamaan mempunyai nilai thitung 2,031 dengan signifikan < 0,05 yaitu 0,043. Nilai thitung menunjukkan lebih besar dari nilai ttabel 2,031 > 1,660, artinya variabel Al-Musawah / Persamaan berpengaruh (+) signifikan secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah , Al-‘Adalah / Keadilan mempunyai nilai thitung 2,219 dengan signifikan < 0,05 yaitu 0,028. Nilai thitung menunjukkan lebih besar dari nilai ttabel 2,219 > 1,660, artinya variabel Al-‘Adalah / Keadilan berpengaruh (+) signifikan secara parsial terhadap Loyalitas Nasabah,.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah akad murabahah BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan UMKM di Kota Sibolga. Variabel d alam penelitian ini adalah akad murabahah BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga (X) dan pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM di Kota Sibolga (Y). Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu pelaku UMKM yang menggunakan akad murabahah BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga yang berjumlah 73 orang yang dijumlah menggunakan rumus slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan penyebaran kuesioner/angket. Peneltian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan penyajian hasil penelitian dalam bentuk angka-angka atau statistik guna menguji hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 22 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil uji parsial/uji t variabbel Akad murabahah pada BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga (X) memiliki nilai thitung = 5,269 dan ttabel = 0,230. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa thitung>ttabel (5,269 > 0,230) atau nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dengan demikian maka, H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima yang artinya variabel akad murabahah BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga (X) secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM di Kota Palopo (Y) dan berdasarkan hasil uji determinasi (R2) nilai adjusted R Square sebesar 0,271 atau 27,1%. Yang artinya pengaruh variabel akad murabahah BSI Kantor Cabang Sibolga (X) terhadap variabel pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM di Kota Sibolga (Y) sebesar 27,1%. Sedangkan sisanya yaitu 72,9% Pengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan UMKM dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel lain yang tidak disebutkan dalam penelitian ini atau sebab-sebab lain diluar model.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of work motivation, work discipline, and office facilities on employee performance.This research is a quantitative study.The population in this study consists of employees of the Regional Civil Service Agency Office of Medan City.The determination of the research sample uses the saturated sampling technique, meaning the sample is the entire population.The sample in this study consisted of 31 respondents.The data collection instrument used was a questionnaire.The independent variables are work motivation, work discipline, and office facilities, while the dependent variable is employee performance at the Regional Personnel Agency Office of Medan City.The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression.All statements are valid, reliable, and normal.The findings of this research are as follows:The results of the study on work motivation, work discipline, and office facilities simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with Fhitung 4.787 > Ftabel 2.96 and a significant probability of 0.008 < 0.05.Therefore, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning the hypothesis is accepted.Based on the t-test results on work motivation, a t-value of 2.080 > t-table 1.703 and a significance level of 0.047 < 0.05 were obtained, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that work motivation partially has a significant effect on employee performance.The results of the t-test on work discipline obtained a t-value of 1.138 < t-table 1.703 and a significance level of 0.265 > 0.05, therefore Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that work discipline does not have a significant partial effect on employee performance.The results of the t-test on office facilities obtained a t-value of 0.478 < t-table 1.703 and a significance level of 0.637 > 0.05, thus Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that partially, office facilities do not have a significant effect on employee performance.From the results of this study, it is also known that the coefficient of determination (R square) is 0.347, meaning that 34.7% of employee performance at the Regional Civil Service Agency Office of Medan City is influenced by work motivation, work discipline, and office facilities.Meanwhile, the remaining 65.3% is influenced by other variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine whether service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Sumut Percut Sei Tuan Branch, Deli Serdang Regency, and to determine whether product quality has a significant positive effect on employee performance regarding customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Sumut Percut Sei Tuan Branch, Deli Serdang Regency.The population in this study consists of customers of PT. Bank Sumut Branch Percut Sei Tuan, Deli Serdang Regency. According to Roscoe's theory, the sample in this study amounts to 80 respondents, which is considered adequate and sufficient for this research.The type of research is quantitative research, which is a research method based on positivist philosophy, used to study a specific population or sample.Using multiple linear regression statistical analysis techniques.Thus, the results obtained from this research were obtainedThe quality of service partially has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.This is indicated by the value that t-count X1 (8.151) > t-table (1.98) and p-value (0.000) <0.05,The quality of the product partially has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.This is indicated by the t-statistic value X2 (3.592) > t-table (1.98) and p-value (0.001) <0.05.
