Abstract

This study aims to find out the optimization of financial governance in improving the performance of credit cooperatives in KSP Plelu Meluk Wolokoli. This research focuses on how the internal and external factors of savings and loan cooperatives are managed in cooperative institutions that are closely related to cooperative members. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method. An interview was conducted with the management of KSP Kopdit Plelu Meluk Wolokoli. The results of the study show that KSP Kopdit Plelu Meluk Wolokoli is considered not optimal in realizing the annual budget planned through mutual agreement. KSP Kopdit Plelu Meluk Wolokoli is considered not optimal in financial audit because the implementation of financial audit (KSP Supervisor Kopdit Plelu Meluk Wolokli) the audit is not as routine and not by the rules set. KSP Kopdit Plelu Meluk is also considered not optimal in managing assets and residual business results (SHU).

Abstract

This Community service aims to strengthen MSME Managers in terms of implementing accounting so that the public can understand how to make simple bookkeeping and produce financial reports in accordance with accounting principles.This PkM activity is expected to support MSME must apply accounting well through understanding simple bookkeeping and understanding in presenting balance sheets and profit and loss reports.The method used in thid PkM is service learning,which is a method teacing to solve community problems directly by combining academic objectives with efforts to increase knowledge among the people of Nita village Nita District Sikka Regenci to to understand simple bookkeeping properly and correctly and understand how to make financial reports. Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan teknologi guru di SDI Enakter, yang menghadapi masalah dengan metode ceramah monoton dan minimnya pemanfaatan teknologi dalam pembelajaran. Pelatihan penggunaan Microsoft PowerPoint sebagai media pembelajaran interaktif dipilih untuk mengatasi kendala ini. Metode pengabdian terdiri dari tahap perencanaan melalui observasi dan wawancara untuk memahami kebutuhan, tahap pelaksanaan yang meliputi pengenalan dan praktek langsung penggunaan PowerPoint, serta tahap evaluasi dengan diskusi untuk umpan balik. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan guru dalam membuat materi pembelajaran yang menarik dan interaktif, serta motivasi yang lebih tinggi untuk menggunakan teknologi. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran di SDI Enakter dan mendorong pelaksanaan pelatihan serupa di masa depan, yang penting untuk pengembangan profesional guru di daerah terpencil.
