Abstract

Business intelligence merupakan alat bantu yang dapat digunakan untuk memvisualisasi performansi di perusahaan. Adanya visualisasi tersebut akan memudahkan perusahaan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan yang stategis bagi kemajuan perusahaan. Pada tugas akhir ini dirancang dashboard pada PT. XYZ yang merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perkayuan. Produk yang dihasilkan dari perusahaan ini adalah jenis kayu blockboard, barecore, dan plywood. Hasil yang diperoleh pada tugas akhir ini adalah dashboard PT. XYZ yang meliputi dashboard karyawan, dashboard logistic, dan dashboard penjualan. Dashboard penjualan dilengkapi dengan metode peramalan menggunakan metode peramalan Weighted Moving Average dan Autoregresif. Peramalan dengan metode autoregresif memberikan hasil yang lebih baik dibandingkan weighted moving average , dimana ditunjukkan dengan niali MAPE yang diperoleh sebesar 27.91% untuk hasil produk blockboard dan 27.02% untuk hasil produk barecore.

Abstract

The current implementation of smart cities aims to enhance the quality of life for their communities. Smart city investments can be achieved through collaborative efforts between information and communication technology and human resources, transforming areas into sustainable cities. Many countries are becoming increasingly interested in smart city investments. However, it remains unclear how these investments can achieve their intended goals. The primary issue lies in the lack of effective methodologies to measure the economic impact of such investments. Many cities lack comprehensive assessment tools to gauge the economic impact of smart city implementations, making it difficult to determine whether these investments deliver the desired benefits. This article aims to provide references regarding the economic impacts of smart city investments and the frameworks that can be used to measure them. The methodology employed in this research is a literature review based on references published over the past five years. According to findings, smart city investments have been found to impact aspects such as e-commerce and e-business, the creation of environmentally friendly environments, cost savings and economic benefits, GDP growth, and increased income for regions/cities through effective smart city utilization. Several frameworks have been gathered to measure economic impact, such as Computable General Equilibrium (CGE), Energy Efficient Integrated Planning Framework (EEIPF), and Open Data Impact for Smart Cities Framework (ODISC). Each framework serves to illustrate how examples of smart city investments can influence the economy of a region or city.

Abstract

Once city implements a smart city, the transformation that occurs not only impacts the city's infrastructure and operations, but also significantly influences individual interactions with public facilities and their consumption patterns. This literature review aims to identify changes in consumer behavior and daily activities after the implementation of smart city technology. The methodology used is PRISMA, with references published over the last decade. The research results show changes in various aspects, including mobility, energy efficiency, citizen engagement, environmental awareness, shopping experience, quality of life, education and information, business prospects, and response to the crisis. These findings show that smart city technology brings positive changes in the daily lives of city residents, which are influenced by the use of technology and the way it is implemented by the community. This research provides insight for policy makers and city managers to understand the broad impact of smart cities on community behavior.
