Abstract

This paper will discuss the construction of tahlilan through da'wah from the Youtube account "Firanda Andirja", where the account has a routine in posting religious narratives containing the Qur'an and hadith. The delivery of da'wah on the account seems to have a significant influence in changing the audience's views on the practice of tahlilan, based on the Prophetic traditions and the views of the Shafi'iyyah Ulama. This paper is included in a literature study by referring to the theory presented by Stuart Hall, namely cultural studies. This theory helps in understanding how Islamic identity is presented and constructed in the media, as well as its impact on individual perception and identity. In the construction process, the author classifies three points that depart from Firanda Andirja's da'wah in the content regarding tahlilan, namely; the hadith that explains tahlilan as a religious tradition, the hadith that shows the arrival of the reward to the deceased, and the hadith that explains about serving dishes to the family of the deceased. From the da'wah delivered, it triggers a variety of responses among audiences (netizens) who comment on the column provided. The results found, that Ustadz Firanda Andirja's da'wah in his Youtube account with the content title 'Tahlilan Bid'ah?' has a bias in understanding and narrating his studies, this is evidenced by his understanding which tends to be textualist and subjective. This then has positive and negative implications for social media users.

Abstract

Sheikh Muhammad Yasin Al-Fadani is one of the hadith experts to be nicknamed Musnid al-Dunya and has an important role in the development of ulum al-hadis in the 20th century. He is one of the Indonesian scholars whose reputation and some of his works in the field of hadith are internationally recognized and clarify the history of the development of hadith in Indonesia. One of his works that will be discussed in this study is the book Al-Arba'ūna Ḥadīthan. The purpose of this study is none other than to obtain an overview of the characteristics of the book of Arba'una Hadithan min Arba'ina Kitaban an Arba'ina Syaikhan. In addition, to find out the position of Shaykh Muhammad Yasin al-Fadani in the science of hadith and its influence in the archipelago. The research method presented in this study is descriptive-analytical which plays a role by providing an overview of the issues raised and providing an analysis of the problem so that it is able to provide answers to these problems. The results of this study found that the role that Sheikh Muhammad Yasin Al-Fadani contributed to the development of hadith was that he wrote several books in various scientific disciplines, including the field of hadith.  The motivation for the preparation of the book of al-Arba'una Hadithan by Shaykh Muhammad Yasin al-Fadani was to emphasize his reputation among the great scholars of the twentieth century, as a scholar who has a fairly extensive knowledge of hadith, because mastering forty books of hadith collections is not an easy matter and the preparation of this book has begun to be rare.

Abstract

This study analyzes the contribution of Green Islamic Finance (GIF) to sustainable economic growth in Indonesia during the 2015–2024 period. Using a mixed-method approach with panel data regression analysis and qualitative descriptive analysis, this study integrates two theoretical frameworks that have often developed in parallel: sustainable finance and maqashid al-shariah. Data were obtained from reports published by the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia (BI), and the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia. The findings show that GIF instruments, particularly green sukuk, have a positive and significant effect on sustainable economic growth indicators, with a regression coefficient of 0.423 (p < 0.01). Every 10% increase in green sukuk issuance is associated with a 1.8% increase in the national Sustainable Development Index (SDI). The novelty of this study lies in the construction of a GIF composite index that simultaneously integrates environmental, sharia, and economic dimensions, an approach that has not been applied in previous studies. The policy implications highlight the importance of strengthening inclusive regulation and GIF literacy as a strategy to accelerate the transition toward a green economy based on Islamic values.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bentuk perlindungan hukum bagi mikro-entrepreneur dalam kontrak bagi hasil digital syariah, mengevaluasi implementasi prinsip keadilan (al-'adl) dan transparansi (al-shafafiyah) dalam praktik kontrak digital, serta merumuskan model perlindungan hukum integratif yang mengharmoniskan prinsip syariah dengan regulasi positif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual, berbasis studi pustaka terhadap regulasi fintech, fatwa DSN-MUI, literatur fiqh muamalah, dan jurnal ilmiah terkini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa regulasi yang ada belum secara memadai mengakomodasi kekhususan kontrak digital syariah untuk pelaku usaha mikro; prinsip keadilan dan transparansi masih bersifat normatif-deklaratif tanpa mekanisme penegakan yang operasional. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dengan merumuskan kerangka perlindungan hukum tiga dimensi yang mengintegrasikan maqashid al-syariah, regulasi perlindungan konsumen, dan standarisasi kontrak digital syariah.
