Abstract

Pengembangan sistem informasi administrasi kependudukan (SIAK) di Kelurahan Jatimulya bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan kepada penduduk. Metode manual yang saat ini digunakan menyebabkan proses permohonan surat keterangan menjadi kurang efisien dan akurat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall, yang terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, dan implementasi aplikasi berbasis web. Sistem SIAK yang diimplementasikan memungkinkan penduduk mengajukan permohonan surat keterangan secara online, serta memudahkan petugas dalam verifikasi dan pengelolaan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem SIAK dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan kecepatan pelayanan, serta meningkatkan keakuratan data. Sistem ini juga memberikan pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik bagi penduduk. Temuan ini penting karena menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan publik. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menekankan perlunya adopsi teknologi dalam pelayanan publik untuk meningkatkan kepuasan masyarakat.

Abstract

Community participation in reducing the quantity or volume of waste as well as managing waste is one of the most important parts in tackling the waste problem, especially in big cities. Reduction or reduction in the amount and volume of waste is an effort made to minimize the presence of waste. The waste bank is a means for the community that is used to manage waste that has economic value. In the residential area of Villa Pertiwi Block P Rt.004 Rw.015, Sukamaju Village, Cilodong District, Depok. In the process of processing and storing waste bank customer data, they still use the manual method, namely by recording every transaction into a book, so that problems often arise such as damaged or lost data, data duplication, and report books that are left more and more and accumulate. Therefore, by implementing training and implementing and using a web-based waste bank application system, it can make it easier to process and store customer data in the operational activities of the waste bank. Customers can register as waste bank customers through the waste bank information system, making it easier to validate data and recap customer data collection, admins can print deposit data reports from customers' waste bank results

Abstract

Hate speech is the spread of hatred towards individuals or groups on the basis of ethnicity, religion, race, and other characteristics that can lead to discrimination, violence, and social conflict. Unbalanced data can cause negative results in classification results. The Synthetic Minority Oversampling Technique (SMOTE) method is used to deal with unbalanced data. Feature extraction uses Bag of Words and TD-IDF, then the training data are oversampled using the SMOTE, SVM-SMOTE, Kmeans-SMOTE, and Borderline-SMOTE methods. This classification uses the Random Forest, Support Vector Machine, Logistic Regression, and Naive Bayes algorithms using Twitter data. The research results show that the application of the Borderline-SMOTE method to handle imbalanced data produces better performance than other SMOTE methods based on accuracy, recall,precision and F1-Score values with respective values of 84.09%, 85.25%, 84,55% and 81.16%. The Random Forest algorithm produces higher performance values than other algorithms.

Abstract

Google Classroom is a free virtual classroom application that teachers and students can use to interact in carrying out the teaching and learning process online. SMP Negeri 1 Siabu has implemented google classroom as a learning medium. The problems that occur are obstacles when the online learning process takes place such as a lack of students' understanding of learning material, lost and slow internet signals, and limited internet quota. The purpose of this study was to analyze the acceptance and use of google classroom as a learning medium using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and DeLone-McLean. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach, distributing online questionnaires to Siabu 1 Public Middle School students with 43 questions, and analyzing demographic data with Microsoft Excel 2016 while PLS-SEM analysis using SmartPLS 4. There were 10 variables used, and there were 13 variable relationship paths that were measured. The results of the 13 variable paths, 2 variable path relationships were declared insignificant and rejected in the acceptance and use of google classroom technology as a learning medium because the T-Statistics and P-Values (Perceived Usefulness -> User Satisfaction and System Quality -> Perceived Usefulness) were greater than 1.96 and less than 0.05, while 11 variable path relationships were declared significant and accepted in the acceptance and use of google classroom technology as learning media because the T-Statistics values were greater than 1.96 and P- Values less than 0.05. Thus the acceptance and use of Google Classroom technology as a learning medium can be accepted for the process of teaching and learning activities

Abstract

PT. Sukacita Kokoh Bersama is a company that focuses on doing supplies and retail business in the field of essential oils and derivatives. Sales operations are recorded using the PHPMyAdmin desktop program and export file reporting using Microsoft Excel which is manually re-edited. This causes frequent over-inventory in some variants with slow sales rates and empty stocks in best-selling products. This research focuses on retail sales data based on existing problems, to help companies design and implement integrated information systems in the form of enterprise resource planning using odoo with operational systems ranging from purchasing, inventory, and sales. Through a system that has been automated and real-time, decision-making in purchasing, warehouses, and sales become more efficient and effective.

Abstract

Seiring berkembangnya Teknologi Informasi (TI) saat ini, sangat memberikan dampak dan peranan yang signifikan dalam seluruh lini kehidupan, tidak terkecuali dunia pendidikan. Sistem Informasi (SI) dan TI tidak hanya berperan sebagai penunjang, melainkan sebagai komponen utama dalam menjalankan bisnis organisasi pada dunia pendidikan di era sekarang. Taman Kanak-Kanak Islam (TKI) Raudhah adalah salah satu lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini yang terletak di Jakarta Pusat yang dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan pendidikan dan proses bisnisnya belum sepenuhnya memanfaatkan SI/TI. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan menggunakan metodologi Ward and Peppard dan alat analisa seperti SWOT, Value Chain, Balanced Scorecard, Csfs, Porter’s Five Forces, PEST, Mcfarlan’s Strategic Grid ditunjang dengan metodologi Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) yang bertujuan untuk dapat membantu TKI Raudhah dalam menyusun perencanaan strategis SI/TI, sehingga TKI Raudhah dapat meningkatkan mutu serta kualitas dibidang pendidikan dengan dukungan pemanfaatan SI/TI supaya lebih kompetitif dalam persaingannya.
