Abstract

PT. Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga has a working principle that refers to Pertamina's 3 golden rules (PIP), namely 1. You and I Comply with laws, policies, regulations and procedures. 2. You and I must immediately intervene in unsafe actions and violate the rules. 3. You and I Care about everyone and the environment around us. With these principles encourage the development of agencies to the current state, but in its development, the level of stability of employees bring back consequences to the culture itself, thus affecting the performance of its employees. This study aims to determine the effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment, and Work Culture on Employee Performance in the Samberah Field Subdivision at PT. Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga. The population of this study was 41 employees and all were sampled based on the total sample method or census. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The questionnaire instrument was used as a data collector. The analysis results obtained leadership style and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in the Samberah Field Subdivision at PT. Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga . Work culture has a positive effect but does not significantly influence employee performance in the Samberah Field Subdivision at PT. Pertamina Hulu Sanga-Sanga. Leadership style, work environment, and work culture simultaneously influence the improvement of employee performance in the Samberah Field Subdivision at PT. Abstract

The Influence of Country Of Origin, Brand Image and Quality Perceptions of Intention to Buy Xiaomi Cell Phones (Study of Tenggarong STIE Students in Muara Badak). The purpose of this study was to determine the effect simultaneously and partially of the variables of country of origin, brand image and perceived quality of purchase intention for Xiaomi cellphones (study of Tenggarong STIE students residing in Muara Badak). The analysis in this study is multiple regression, processed using SPSS, with a total of 26 respondents. The results obtained simultaneously show that the variables of country of origin, brand image and perceived quality have a significant effect on purchase intention of Xiaomi cell phones. Partially, country of origin has a significant influence on purchase intentions of Xiaomi cellphones, brand image has a significant effect on purchase intentions of Xiaomi cellphones and perceived quality has a significant effect on purchase intentions of Xiaomi cellphones.

Abstract

This research aims to formulate the right strategy in developing tourism in Bensamar Kampong Tuha by considering five key variables namely environmental protection, revitalization of history and culture, local wisdom, creative economy, and human resource development (HR) to develop tourism in Bensamar Kampung Tuha. The method used in this research is factor analysis using a quantitative approach. The sampling technique is random, with a total of 40 respondents. The results of factor analysis show that local wisdom is the most important variable for the success of Bensamar Kampung Tuha's tourism development strategy. The results show that tourism development strategies that focus on local wisdom can increase destination attractiveness, strengthen local communities, and ensure environmental and cultural sustainability. This study suggests that tourism development in Bensamar Kampung Tuha should focus on strengthening local wisdom, while still considering the importance of environmental protection, historical and cultural revival, creative economy, and human resource development.
