Abstract

The use of conventional fuels such from fossils sourced is non-renewable energy, which makes this energy source less environmentally friendly. The battery that is nowadays used widely is the Lithium-Ion type with variations in the type of electrode. Electrodes have an important role in battery performance, especially at the cathode. Predecessor cathode types such as LiCoO2, LiMnO, and LiNiCo have various disadvantages due to their dangerous nature, insufficient capacity, and poor stability. NMC cathode (NiMnCo), in this case, NMC541 is presented to overcome these deficiencies. The process of making NMC541 cathode can be done by various synthesis methods, one of which is Co-precipitation. The synthesis parameter directly influences the performance of the cathode precursor produced, especially on its microstructure. For that, we try to optimize the synthesis parameters, such as Stirring Speed, and Aging time. The result said that samples with 900 Rpm stirring speed give the best product precursor along to their small size particle and good conductivity. Meanwhile, Aging co-precipitation doesn’t significantly affect coprecipitation precursor products.

Abstract

Keterampilan koordinasi tendangan dan pukulan atlet Pencak Silat Sekolah Khusus Olahragawan Internasional (SKOI) belum diketahui, hal ini berdampak pada program latihan yang tidak tersusun dengan baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan koordinasi tendangan dan pukulan atlet pencak silat di Sekolah Khusus Olahragawan Internasional (SKOI). Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah atlet pencak silat SKOI Kaltim yang berjumlah 17 atlet, sedangkan Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara total sampling (semua metode pengambilan sampel). Ini adalah teknik pengambilan sampel dengan kondisi tertentu kurang dari 100, di mana seluruh populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Tujuh belas atlet berpartisipasi dalam penelitian. Hasi1 penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan koordinasi tendangan dan pukulan atlet pencak silat SKOI Kaltim dari segi frekuensi, frekuensi tertinggi berada pada kategori Sangat Baik dengan 14 peserta atau 82%, 3 peserta atau 18%, cukup 0 peserta atau 0%, kurang 0 peserta atau 0% dan sangat sedikit 0 peserta atau 0%. Dari hasil presentasi tersebut maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat koordinasi tendangan dan pukulan atlet Pencak Silat SKOI Kaltim berada pada kategori “Sangat Baik”.

Abstract

Many companies in Indonesia have now implemented the outsourcing system with the aim of reducing labor costs. Regarding the implementation of this outsourcing system, it is actually regulated in the Job Creation Law Number 6 of 2023. With the ratification of the job creation law, it is hoped that companies can fulfill their obligations by providing legal protection to workers according to their rights. The aim of this research is to find out an exact picture of the legal protection of outsourced workers relating to fixed-term work agreements in accordance with the Job Creation Law Number 6 of 2023, especially Article 66 which is currently in effect. This research also aims to determine the influence of the Job Creation Law Number 6 of 2023 on outsourcing workers in the case study PT. SSBI Sidoarjo. This research uses empirical research by describing the main problems that exist in society based on the results of case studies in the field and secondary data as support.  Based on the results of this research, the obligations of PT. SSBI Sidoarjo to provide legal protection to its outsourced workers, especially regarding Article 66 concerning employment relations related to certain term work agreements, is in accordance with the Job Creation Law Number 6 of 2023 which is currently in effect, the rights obtained by outsourced workers at PT. SSBI Sidoarjo is related to legal protection, namely: the right to wages, the right to work safety, the right to health, and the right to leave, so this has impact on the welfare of outsourced workers at PT. SSBI Sidoarjo.
