Abstrak Penelitian ini dilakukan di UPT SDN Lerankulon II terdapat permasalahan yaitu kurangnya penggunaan media pembelajaran yang mengakibatkan siswa merasa cenderung kurang aktif dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar dan metode yang paling sering digunakan adalah metode ceramah. Berdasarkan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan produk berupa media Popscrap Book sebagai media untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas II UPT SDN Lerankulon II. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian dan pengembangan atau Research and Development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Instrumen penelitian meliputi lembar observasi dan wawancara, lembar validasi, lembar angket respon guru dan siswa, serta lembar tes siswa. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah uji validitas, uji kepraktisan, dan uji keefektifan. Hasil validasi media kepada 3 validator ahli yaitu ahli media memperoleh rata-rata 85,7%, dan ahli materi memperoleh rata-rata 96% dan ahli bahasa memperoleh rata-rata 96% sehingga media dinyatakan valid. Hasil kepraktisan yang dinilai oleh penilai memperoleh hasil sebesar 76% dan respon peserta didik diperoleh 82,5% sehingga media Popscrap Book dinyatakan praktis Hasil keefektifan siswa dinilai dari hasil penilaian lembar soal menggunakan ketuntasan klasikal skor memperoleh hasil belajar siswa sebesar 87,5% sehingga media popscrap book dinyatakan dengan kriteria tuntas. Dari hasil penilitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan media Popscrap Book dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Based on this problem, this study aims to develop a product in the form of Popscrap Book media as a medium to improve the learning outcomes of class II students of UPT SDN Lerankulon II. This research is a type of research and development or Research and Development (R&D) using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The research instruments include observation and interview sheets, validation sheets, teacher and student response questionnaire sheets, and student test sheets. The data collected were analyzed using quantitative and qualitative descriptive methods. The analysis techniques used were validity tests, practicality tests, and effectiveness tests. The results of media validation to 3 expert validators, namely media experts obtained an average of 85.7%, and material experts obtained an average of 96% and language experts obtained an average of 96% so that the media was declared valid. The results of the practicality assessed by the assessor obtained a result of 76% and the student response was obtained 82.5% so that the Popscrap Book media was declared practical. The results of student effectiveness were assessed from the results of the question sheet assessment using classical completeness, the score obtained student learning outcomes of 87.5% so that the popscrap book media was declared with complete criteria. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the development of the Popscrap Book media can influence the improvement of student learning outcomes.
