Abstract

This program aims to improve the quality of community empowerment in the Development and Management of Tourism Villages in Sukorejo Village, Sukorejo District, Ponorogo Regency, East Java Province. One of the strategies implemented is to optimize the human resources of youth organizations to be more astute in exploiting local tourism potential. The main target of this activity is Karang Taruna Bolo Sewu and all elements of society in Sukorejo Village. Apart from that, students also collaborate with the village government by holding digital seminars aimed at promoting local tourism through digital media. The Bolosewu Youth Organization's activity method in Sukorejo Village in the KPM program with the theme "Powerful Villages with Local Potential" uses qualitative methods by gathering information from local community leaders. The program or solution offered is 1) Increasing the human resource capacity of the Village Youth Organization through discussions whose contents emphasize village empowerment with local potential. 2) Developing Village Potential through the learning process and seminar training. In order to create a community that is aware of the potential of the Sukorejo village tourism village, the activity implementers involve village youth groups, field supervisors (DPL), students, and the village government as partners in implementing KPM activities. From several programs implemented, the sustainability of the program can be seen from the realization of the activities that will later be carried out by the youth organization and the local community.

Abstract

Tighter competition in the electronics industry makes various stores try to find a more appropriate strategy to sell their products. The independent variables in this study are brand image and service quality, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. This study aims to determine the impact of brand image and service quality on purchasing decisions. This study is a descriptive study with a quantitative approach, using primary data and secondary data, data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The population in this study is Wijaya Batam store consumers who have bought 116 laptops in the last 6 months. The sample in this study was 116 which was determined using a non-probability sampling technique with the saturated sample method. The study results are assumed to be valid and reliable, normal, do not occur multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity. The achievement of the t test shows the t test number is 10,095 > t table 1,981, brand image has a significant impact on purchasing decisions and the t test number is 2,085 > t table 1,981, service quality has a significant impact on purchasing decisions. The achievement of the F test describes the F count 62,694 > F table 3.08, brand image and service quality together have a significant impact on purchasing decisions. Abstract

Prevention and treatment of anemia in adolescent girls must be carried out through a comprehensive approach. Health education about anemia in adolescent girls must be accompanied by special education for adolescent girls about the importance of an active lifestyle and a healthy diet. The results of community service activities regarding anemia prevention efforts through health education for adolescent girls show that the number of counseling participants who have a good level of knowledge before the implementation of the counseling activity about anemia is 5 people to 15 participants. The level of knowledge is poor before the implementation of the counseling activity is 7 people to no participants who have a low level of knowledge. The number of participants with a good level of knowledge about iron supplements before the counseling activity is 4 participants and after the counseling activity the number of participants with a good level of knowledge is 14 people. The number of participants with a low level of knowledge before the counseling activity is 9 people and after the counseling activity there are no participants who have a low level of knowledge. The results of the Hb check show that none of the participants suffer from anemia, the average Hb level obtained is normal at 12 mg / dl. Overall, this activity has a positive impact in increasing awareness among young women in increasing their knowledge about anemia and iron tablets
