<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Definisi: ITP adalah singkatan dari Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura. Idiopathic berarti tidak diketahui penyebabnya. Thrombocytopenic berarti darah yang tidak cukup memiliki keping darah (trombosit). Rumusan Masalah: “Bagaimanakah asuhan keperawatan pada pasien Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) dengan pemberian intervensi terapi story telling terhadap peningkatan kecemasan”. Tujuan: Gambaran umum tentang asuhan keperawatan pada pasien Immune Thrombocytopenic Purpura (ITP) dengan pemberian intervensi terapi story telling terhadap peningkatan kecemasan”. Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner HARS terdiri dari 14 item pertanyaan untuk mengukur tanda adanya kecemasan pada anak dan orang dewasa.setelah dilakukan inovasi pemberian terapi bermain story telling pada penyakit ITP Idiopatic Thrombositopenic Purpura terhadap penurunan Tingkat kecemasan dari berat menjadi ringan. Hasil penelitian: Berdasarkan karya tulis ilmiah di atas tentang penanganan Tingkat kecemasan pada penyakit ITP atau Idiopatic Thrombositopenic Purpura dengan intervensi pemberian terapi bermain story telling dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi bermain story telling secara bermakna dapat menurunkan Tingkat kecemasan pada anak. Research method: This study used the HARS questionnaire consisting of 14 question items to measure signs of anxiety in children and adults. After the innovation of providing story telling play therapy in ITP Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura disease to reduce the level of anxiety from severe to mild. Research results: Based on the above scientific paper on the treatment of anxiety levels in ITP or Idiopathic Thrombocytopenic Purpura disease with the intervention of providing story telling play therapy, it can be concluded that story telling play therapy can significantly reduce anxiety levels in children.
