Abstract

Abstrac : This study aimed to see the role of the psychoanalytic individual counseling in overcoming students’ kleptomaniac behaviors in Class XI SMKN Matesih in the 2021/2022 academic year. To this end, A 3-cycle guidance and counseling action research was applied. Each cycle consisted of four stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The data were collected using interviews, observation, documentation, and Who am I psychological test. The collected data were analyzed using a qualitative descriptive technique with the technique triangulation. Three students were identified to exhibit mild kleptomaniac disorders, commonly known as hypomania. The following percentage of kleptomaniac behavioral characteristics were obtained in each cycle: Precycle: 46%, cycle I: 44.6%, cycle II: 33.32%, cycle III: 22.8%, and cycle IV: 14.72%. This result shows that psychoanalytic individual counseling is effective in treating individuals with mild kleptomaniac symptoms, allowing them to control the urge to steal. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan fasilitas kantor dan disiplin kerja terhadap hasil kerja pegawai KSP Rukun Makmur Sentosa Bulukerto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain assosiatif kausal. Sumber data penelitian meliputi data primer dan data sekunder. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan 30 orang responden. Uji validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen tidak dilakukan karena telah mengadopsi dari sumber lain yang telah teruji valid dan reliabel. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis regresi linier berganda diperoleh persamaan Ŷ = 8,92+0,05 X1+0,78 X2+ e. Hasil uji parsial menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kantor tidak berpengaruh terhadap hasil kerja pegawai dengan signifikansi 0,38>0,05, sedangkan disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil kerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00. Hasil uji simultan  menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kantor dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil kerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,00. Uji R Square menunjukkan nilai R2 = 0,81 yang berarti bahwa 81% hasil kerja pegawai (Y) dipengaruhi oleh variabel fasilitas kantor (X1) dan disiplin kerja (X2), dan sisanya sebanyak 19% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian.Kata kunci : fasilitas hunian; keluaran pegawai; tekun kerja Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship of office facilities and work discipline to the work results of KSP Rukun Makmur Sentosa Bulukerto employees. This research is a quantitative study using a causal associative design. Sources of research data include primary data and secondary data. The population in this study was 30 people. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample with 30 respondents. Instrument validity and reliability tests were not carried out because they had been adopted from other sources that had been tested as valid and reliable. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of multiple linear regression analysis obtained the equation Ŷ = 8.92+0.05 X1+0,78 X2+ e. The partial test results show that office facilities have no effect on employee performance with a significance of 0.38 > 0.05, while work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance with a significance value of 0.00. Simultaneous test results show that office facilities and work discipline together have a significant influence on employee performance with a significance value of 0.00. The R Square test shows the value of R2 = 0.81 which means that 81% of employee performance (Y) is influenced by office facilities (X1) and work discipline (X2), and the remaining 19% is influenced by other variables outside the study.Keywords: employee output; residential facilities; work diligently
