Abstract

As an institution that has long been developing,the school is an institution that is complex and unique. Is complexbecause of the madrassa as an organization in which there arevarious dimensions to each other interrelated and mutuallydetermine. While unique madrassa as an institution that hascertain characteristics that are not owned by other organizations.Head madrasah professionals need to succeed in governmentprograms are being rolled out as local autonomy, decentralizationof education, school-based management, competency-basedcurriculum. All of it requires the participation and professionalperformance headmaster. The school principal professional newparadigm in the management of education will have a positiveimpact and a fairly fundamental change in the renewal of theeducation system in schools.Sebagai lembaga yang sudah lama berkembang, madrasahmerupakan lembaga yang bersifat komplek dan unik. Bersifatkomplek karena madrasah sebagai organisasi yang di dalamnyaterdapat berbagai dimensi yang satu dengan yang lain salingberkaitan dan saling menentukan. Sedangkan unik bahwamadrasah sebagai lembaga memiliki ciri-ciri tertentu yang tidakdimiliki organisasi-organisasi lain. Kepala madrasah secaraprofesional perlu untuk mensukseskan program-programpemerintah yang sedang digulirkan seperti otonomi daerah,desentralisasi pendidikan, manajemen berbasis sekolah, kurikulumberbasis kompetensi. Kesemuanya itu menuntut peran-serta dankinerja profesional kepala madrasah. Kepala sekolah profesionalparadigma baru dalam manajemen pendidikan akan memberikandampak positif dan perubahan yang cukup mendasar dalampembaharuan sistem pendidikan di sekolah.

In does changing an education institute really cling to kefektifan headmaster that have role as chief as organization to respond purubahan change who will happen.  That statement is supported by Richard Daffs opinion one of a great hand at management area bears out that leadership can push and backs up creativity to help fellow and that organization is more accepts and readily changed.
