Abstract

This research was conducted to measure the profitability and financial performance of property and real-estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2022 period. The main reason for this research is to provide an in-depth understanding of the efficient use of company capital and assets in generating profits. This research also aims to compare the financial performance between PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. and PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk. by using profitability ratios such as Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA), Gross Profit Margin (GPM), and Net Profit Margin (NPM). Secondary data used in this research was obtained from audited annual reports. The analysis results show that PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. has a higher profitability ratio than PT Agung Podomoro Land Tbk., which indicates better efficiency in using company resources to generate profits.

Abstract

Bottled drinking water (AMDK) has now become a consumptive product for society. Various factors are the reasons why people choose to consume bottled drinking water, so that the need for bottled drinking water is currently continuing to increase and this is a potential business opportunity that is being looked at by Perumda Air Minum Cilegon Mandiri which has recently launched a bottled drinking water product with brand "Ci Legon". Collaborating with companies providing bottled drinking water contracting services using one stop contracting services makes it easier and more efficient for Perumda Air Minum Cilegon Mandiri to run this bottled drinking water business. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out what marketing strategies were carried out by Perumda Cilegon Mandiri in marketing the "Ci Legon" bottled drinking water product in the Cilegon City area. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method. This research obtained data from interviews with sources, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that Perumda Air Minum Cilegon Mandiri uses a 4P marketing mix strategy to market Ci Legon bottled drinking water products.

Abstract

This research examines the increasing phenomenon of resignations from State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in one of the non-ministerial government institutions (LPNK). This research applies a qualitative descriptive method to identify the causes of resignation and its impact on organizational performance and the quality of public services. Research findings show that ASN resignations are dominated by employees aged 20-40 years, especially from the millennial generation who are looking for flexibility and freedom in work. The majority of ASNs who resigned had a service period of 6-15 years and served as first and junior functional experts. The main reason for resignation is the desire to be with family and look for work opportunities elsewhere. The dense workload and lack of flexibility in managing working time, such as the Work from Home (WFH) and flexi time methods not being implemented, also influenced the ASN's decision to resign. It is recommended that non-ministerial government agencies adopt more flexible policies regarding work placement and working time arrangements, as well as creating a work environment that supports career development and work-life balance. With these steps, it is hoped that one of the non-ministerial government agencies can maintain competent ASN and reduce the number of resignations.

Abstract

The aim is to assess financial achievements and performance based on the liquidity and profitability ratio aspects of PT Campina's financial reports for the 2020-2022 period. Research data is processed and analyzed using a descriptive quantitative approach to explain the picture of financial data in a more measurable manner. PT Campina's financial performance, in terms of liquidity ratios, is in the very good category and in liquid condition. Shown by an average current ratio of 12.42 times; very current ratio, namely 10.4 times; cash ratio of 8.31 times; cash turnover ratio, namely 1.43 times; and inventory to net working capital of 17.7%. This means that the company is optimal in paying its current debts on time or when they are billed. Meanwhile, in terms of profitability ratios, it is in the poor category because the ratio is far below industry standards. Indicated by an average net profit margin of 8.4%; ROI is 8%; ROE is 9.1%; and ROA of 8%. This condition means that the company has not optimally carried out its operations, especially to obtain profits from marketing its products.
