<![CDATA[Abstrak – Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) adalah perlindungan pekerja dari risiko akibat kecelakaan dalam proyek konstruksi. Mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Nomor 5 Tahun 2018 tentang K3 di Lingkungan Kerja, perusahaan perlu memprioritaskan Standar K3 untuk melindungi pekerja, baik pada skala besar maupun kecil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat penerapan K3 dan menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat Kesadaran dan kepatuhan pekerja terhadap K3. Metode yang di guanakan statistik deskriptif kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner. Setelah data terkumpul dan direkapitulasi, dilakukan uji regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS V.25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Tingkat Penerapan K3 pada proyek, dengan Kebijakan dan Prosedur K3 mencapai 33%, Penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri 36%, dan Peranan Manajemen K3 31%. Faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap keterlibatan pekerja adalah penggunaan Alat Pelindung Diri, dengan nilai koefisien 1,143. Referring to the Minister of Manpower Regulation Number 5 of 2018 regarding Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) in the Work Environment, companies need to prioritize K3 standards to protect workers, whether on a large or small scale. This research aims to evaluate the level of occupational health and safety (K3) implementation and analyze the factors influencing workers' awareness and compliance levels regarding occupational health and safety. The method employed is quantitative descriptive statistics using a questionnaire survey. After collecting and summarizing the data, a multiple linear regression analysis is conducted using SPSS V.25. The research results indicate the Level of Implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (K3) in the project, with Policy and Procedure K3 reaching 33%, the Use of Personal Protective Equipment 36%, and the Role of K3 Management 31%. The most influential factor on worker involvement is the use of Personal Protective Equipment, with a coefficient value of 1.143.
