Abstract

Research of effect to water long in giberelin acid to germination seed of sugar palm (Arenga pinnata Merr). The research purpose to knowing effect of long time to water I giberelin acid germination seed of sugar palm, and to knowing long time to water giberelin acid of the best for germination seeds sugar palm. Experiment were hold in Sangatta, East Kutai on November 2016 to January 2017 period. The experiments was conducted in non factorial experiments on Completely Randominazed Design (CRD) with four replications. long time on thw water giberelin acid factor is L0 = no application L1 = 5 minutes, L2 = 10 minutes, L3 = 15 minutes, L4 = 20 minutes, L5= 25 minutes, L6= 30 minutes. The result was long time the water of giberelin acid is showed highly significatly on germination percentase, time germination, and index vigor are 82,50%, 46,76 days, dan 0,158.Keyword : Aren, Dormansi, Giberelin.

Abstract

The effect of embryonic axis length on growth sugar palm seeds (Arenga pinnata Merr) was conducted to determine effect of embryonic axis length to vegetative growth palm seeds. This research obtained for three mounth on February to Mey 2017. The research was conducted in Kabo Street, Bum Taka, Swarga Bara Village Sangatta Sub-distrct East Kutai. This research uses is Completely Randomized Design (CRD) of non factorial experiments each of four treatment factorial (fourth) times such as Factor axis length (A) are : A1 = axis length 0 - 2 cm, A2 = axis length 2 - 4 cm, A3 = axis length 4 - 6 cm, A4 = axis length 6 - 8 cm, A5 = axis length 8 - 10 cm, A6 = axis length 10 - 12 cm. The research result to showed was (1) treatment axis length giving are effected significantly of increasing parameter embryonic axis length and plumula length. But to showing insignificant parameters were increasing parameter embryonic axis length, diameter of embryonic axis and plumula length sequent of 9,25 cm, 0,50 cm, and 5,50 cm.

Abstract

The growth responses of the coffee seeds toward of fruit maturity and application of plant growth regulators was conducted to determine effect of fruits maturity, the effect of application of plant growth regulators, and the interaction of both factors toward germination and growth of coffee seeds. This research obtained for three mounth on January to Aprl 2018. The research was conducted in Kabo Street, Mulia 6, Swarga Bara Village Sangatta Sub-distrct East Kutai. This research uses is Completely Randomized Design (CRD) of factorial experiments each of three treatment factorial. First factor is fruit maturity (B) are : B1 = brown, B2 = red, B3 = orange. Second factor is application of plant growth regulators (T) are T1 = 100 mgL-1,  T2 = 150 mgL-1,  T3 = 200 mgL-1. The research result to showed was interacton of red fruit maturity and 1500 mgL-1 of plant growth regulators (B2T2) giving are effected significantly of increasing parameter on germination percentase is 100,00%, time germination is 18,233 days, , and index vigor is 0,605, roots long is 7,080 cm, and plant long is 7,707 cm.
