Abstract

Keberhasilan proses pembelajaran di sekolah ditentukan oleh peranan guru yang mengajar. Hal ini disebabkan pernana guru sebagai pemimpin maupun fasilitator dalam setiap proses pembelajaran di kelas. Segala aktivitas guru menjadi upaya dalam mencapai tujuan dan kualitas pendidikan dalam sekolah. Peran guru juga turut memberikan pengaruh terhadap proses pembelajaran yang direncanakan melalui kurikulum. Supervisi dalam pendidikan diartikan sebagai bentuk pembinaan berupa pemberian bimbingan dan perbaikan atas penerapan kurikulum maupun penetapan tujuan pendidikan dalam satuan pendidikan. Supervisi kurikulum memiliki urgensi dalam mengawasi proses pelaksanaan dan penerapan kurikulum dalam satuan pendidikan sebagai proses pembinaan dan peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam memimpin proses belajar mengajar. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan sebagai metode untuk mengumpulkan data dari literatur yang pernah ada yang kemudian dianalisis dan ditarik kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil kajian ini, dalam melakukan supervisi ada beberapa program yang perlu diperhatikan supaya dapat mengembangkan dan mencapai kegiatan belajar mengajar yang relevan serta efektif melalui profesionalitas dan mutu guru melalui bidang-bidang kegiatan supervisi kurikulum dengan pendekatan humanis, kompetensi, maupun klinis sehingga tercapai kualitas dan kemampuan guru

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of digital archive management to enhance the quality of one-stop integrated services (PTSP) at the Ministry of Religious Affairs Office, Surabaya. This article used a qualitative case study approach; data were collected through interviews, participatory observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that adopting the SRIKANDI application has streamlined document storage, retrieval, and distribution, improving efficiency. This system reduced service times and operational costs, evidenced by a daily user increase from 100 to 300 for Umrah registration services. However, challenges include employee resistance to new systems, limited training, and infrastructure constraints. To address these, socialization and capacity-building programs have been implemented. This study highlights the importance of digital transformation in public service, offering greater transparency, efficiency, and enhanced user satisfaction. By aligning with global best practices, the research provides insights for policymakers and public service organizations aiming to implement digital archive management, particularly in developing countries. The study concludes that ongoing investment in technology and human resource development is essential to maximize the benefits of digital archiving. Future research should investigate the long-term impacts of digital archive systems on employee performance and user satisfaction. Comparative studies across various governmental offices could identify best practices, particularly in regions with limited technological infrastructure. Additionally, future research could explore strategies to overcome employee resistance to digital systems.

Abstract

The advancement of digital technology has significantly influenced the dynamics of investment law in Indonesia. Innovations such as financial technology (fintech), cryptocurrency, and digital trading platforms have expanded access to investment opportunities while simultaneously introducing new legal risks. This study aims to examine the impact of technological progress on regulation, legal protection for investors, and law enforcement against violations, including cybercrime and investment fraud. Employing a normative juridical approach, the analysis draws on legislation, court decisions, and recent academic literature. The findings indicate that inadequate regulation, weak supervisory mechanisms, and low legal literacy among investors remain major obstacles. Therefore, adaptive legal reform is required through specific regulations on digital transactions, strengthened oversight, and enhanced collaboration among government, industry, and society. This study underscores the necessity of responsive investment law in addressing technological developments and contributes to the academic discourse on regulatory transformation in the digital era.
