Abstract

This study aims: 1) to determine the application of the talaqqi method in online learning of tahsin Al-Qur'an in class VIII SMPIT Asy-Syukriyyah Tangerang. 2) to determine the effectiveness of the application of the talaqqi method in online learning of Al-Qur'an tahsin in class VIII SMPIT Asy-Syukriyyah Tangerang. 3) to find out the inhibiting and supporting factors for the effectiveness of the application of the talaqqi method in online learning of Al-Qur'an tahsin in class VIII of SMPIT Asy-Syukriyyah Tangerang. This research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques carried out in this study using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this study indicate that: 1) online learning of tahsin Al-Qur'an uses the talaqqi method with the zoom meeting application to convey material and student conditioning while the whatsapp video call application for talaqqi tahsin Al-Qur'an. 2) the talaqqi method is still effectively applied in online learning even though some network problems are found, but it can still be minimized by the teacher. 3) There are several inhibiting factors in online learning such as internet network disturbances, problematic online devices and the burden of internet data package costs. In addition, there are also supporting factors in online learning such as improving internet network services by the government, student discipline and responsibility and the role of parents or guardians of students while studying at home.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze human resource management for educators and education staff at SDIT Asy-Syukriyyah. This research is qualitative research using the case study method. Human resource management, starting from planning, organizing, mobilizing and supervising at SDIT Asy-Syukriyyah Tangerang, can be maintained and even improved. The object of study in this research is Human Resource Management Analysis. The subjects in this research were teachers, school principals and foundation managers. SDIT has advantages in all lines of the education system, from curriculum, management, quality of teachers and students, resources and funds, infrastructure to quality of education. SDIT Asy-Syukriyyah generally has a good Human Resources management system, starting from the recruitment system, competency development, performance assessment to employee compensation, and a good system so that it is well documented and controlled. Starting from the recruitment process having effective and efficient methods, competency development which has productive and superior programs, a variety of employee performance appraisal systems that are continuously improved according to needs and technological developments also have a direct impact on the compensation received.   ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menanalisis tentang manajemen sumber daya manusia pada pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di SDIT Asy-Syukriyyah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan metode case study. manajemen sember daya manusia mulai dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan pengawasan di SDIT Asy-Syukriyyah Tangerang, dapat dipertahankan bahkan ditingkatkan lagi. Obyek kajian dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia. Adapun yang menjadi subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah guru, kepala sekolah, dan pengelola Yayasan. SDIT memiliki keunggulan pada semua lini sistem pendidikan, baik dari kurikulum, pengelolaan, kualitas guru dan peserta didik, sumber daya dan dana, sarana- prasaraa hingga mutu pendidikan. SDIT Asy-Syukriyyah secara umum telah memiliki sistem manajemen Sumber daya Manusia yang baik, mulai dari sistem rekrutmen, pengembangan kompetensi, penilaian kinerja hingga kompensasi pegawai, dan sistem yang baik sehingga terdokumentasi dengan baik dan terkontrol. Mulai dari proses perekrutan memiliki metode yang efektif dan efesien, pengembangan kompetensi yang memiliki program-program yang produktif dan unggul, sistem penilaian kinerja pegawai yang beragam serta terus diperbaiki sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan perkembangan teknologi juga memiliki dampak secara langsung pada kompensasi yang diterima.
