Abstract

ABSTRACT The rapid development of technology has led to a change in consumer consumption patterns, including food consumption, especially the production of noodles. Noodles are a source of energy and nutrients needed by all living organisms. One of the noodle dishes often used as a substitute for rice is instant noodles. Instant noodles are easy to serve and practical, and their production is usually carried out based on consumer demand. However, there is still a lack of research on determining the optimal production quantity of instant noodles to meet consumer demand and align with the availability of raw materials. Therefore, it is suggested to use Fuzzy Logic-based Method Tsukamoto to optimize noodle production at noodle shops. The Fuzzy Logic Method Tsukamoto helps regulate noodle production in accordance with consumer preferences and avoid waste of raw materials. The results of the study show that the method can adjust the production quantity of instant noodles based on consumer demand and availability. This approach ensures that noodle production meets consumer needs and prevents overuse of raw materials Keywords: Noodles, Tsukamoto, demand, supply, production

Abstract

Abstract Digital transformation in educational data management has become a crucial need in the era of Industry 4.0 to improve efficiency, accuracy, and accessibility of information. This study aims to analyze the current state of student data management in vocational schools (SMK) in Kampar Regency, identify challenges in manual management, and design and evaluate a suitable digital system. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using interviews, observations, and document analysis conducted in 12 public vocational schools. The findings reveal varying levels of information technology implementation. Schools with high implementation achieved a 40% increase in administrative efficiency, an 80% reduction in data input errors, and real-time information access. Conversely, schools with low implementation still rely on manual methods, facing major challenges such as limited infrastructure, insufficient training, and software-related technical issues. The study recommends enhancing infrastructure, providing continuous training for staff, and developing more stable and user-friendly software. These findings offer practical guidance for educational institutions to effectively adopt digital technology and improve the quality of data management in education.
