Abstract

This study discusses the efficiency level of National Zakat Management Organization in the period 2020 to 2021. This study aims to determine the level of efficiency of performance of 3 National Zakat Management Organizations namely Rumah Zakat, PKPU, and Baitul Maal Hidayatullah. Objects studied are the financial statements of the period 2020 to 2021. The method used is DEA using approach to production and intermediation approach. In the intermediation approach the input variables used are funds received, operational costs and personnel costs and output variables are funds disbursed, fixed assets and current assets. In the production approach input variables used are the costs required such as personnel costs, operational costs, other costs, and fixed assets. The output variables are channeled funds and funds received. The results of this study indicate that PKPU, Rumah Zakat, and Baitul Maal Hidayatullah show an efficient performance as an intermediation institution from year to year and  as the only production institution just Rumah Zakat only show efficient performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui serta menganalisis pengaruh label halal terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Tahu Bulat Amanah di Gondanglegi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang membeli produk Tahu Bulat Amanah di wilayah Gondanglegi. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner yang telah diuji validitasnya menggunakan uji Pearson Correlation dan diuji reliabilitasnya dengan koefisien Cronbach’s Alpha. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode regresi linier sederhana, menggunakan data primer yang diolah melalui program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) versi 21. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa label halal memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Tahu Bulat Amanah di Gondanglegi. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui hasil uji koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,249, yang berarti bahwa variabel label halal memberikan kontribusi sebesar 24,9% terhadap keputusan pembelian, sedangkan 75,1% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Selain itu, hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa nilai t hitung (4,389) lebih besar daripada t tabel (2,001) dengan derajat kebebasan (df = 60–2). Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara label halal dan keputusan pembelian produk Tahu Bulat Amanah di Gondanglegi. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keberadaan label halal dapat memengaruhi keputusan pembelian konsumen, meskipun terdapat faktor-faktor lain di luar penelitian ini yang juga berpotensi memberikan pengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Community service is a strategic effort to enhance the capacity and empowerment of village communities. This activity was conducted in Gedog Wetan Village, Turen District, Malang Regency, focusing on training in vegetable hydroponic cultivation and the development of a growth mindset. The primary goal of the activity was to increase the knowledge, skills, and confidence of community members in adopting modern agricultural technology and to foster an innovative mindset. The method employed was an educational- participatory approach, involving direct practice and ongoing mentoring. The results indicated an increase in participants' interest and understanding of hydroponics and growth mindset, although evaluation and product marketing still require strengthening. This activity provides a foundation for sustainable agriculture development and economic empowerment within the community

Abstract

The inclusion of a halal label on products significantly influences consumer trust, which in turn positively impacts company profits. Currently, some business actors perceive halal certification merely as a fulfillment of Islamic religious obligations, while a smaller portion recognize that halal certification can also enhance business revenue. This study aims to examine the benefits experienced by the owners of Bintang Sembilan Chips in Bululawang, a business operating in the food industry, after obtaining halal certification from the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI), using Porter’s Value Chain approach. The data collected includes the value chain, general profile of the business owners, challenges encountered, and benefits gained after obtaining halal certification, which were obtained through questionnaires. The results indicate that implementing halal standards can increase the revenue of Bintang Sembilan Chips in Bululawang. This increase is attributed to enhanced consumer trust and purchasing interest in halal-certified products, the ability to access a broader market, and opportunities to participate in government-promoted programs. Based on the economic benefits observed, it can be concluded that possessing halal certification has a positive impact on the business owners’ income.
