Abstract

Abstrak Pertumbuhan startup terus mengalami perubahan yang sangat baik dengan didukung data bahwa startup Indonesia menduduki peringkat kelima dengan jumlah terbanyak didunia, penelitian ini akan menjelaskan tentang bisnis startup dari aspek fenomena, promlematika dan analisis hukum ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini dilakukan berdasarkan studi kepustakaan dengan berbagai referensi jurnal dan buku serta beberapa artikel yang berhubungan. Penelitian Pustaka dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data primer dan data sekunder Mengumpulkan data akan dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder dengan membaca dan menelaah yang sesuai dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menujukan bahwa starup sebagai perusahan perintis dan untuk menghindari fenomena startup yang sering terjadi yaitu kegagalan maka terdapat faktor yang dapat dilakukan agar terhindar dari kegagalan dan melihat dari perspektif Hukum Ekonomi Islam akan Kembali perusahan tersebut bergerak pada bilang apa. Kata Kunci: Fenomena, Hukum Ekonomi Syariah, Startup abstract The growth of startups continues to experience very good changes supported by data that Indonesian startups are ranked fifth with the largest number in the world, this research will explain the startup business from the aspect of phenomena, problems and analysis of sharia economic law. This research was conducted based on literature studies with various journal and book references as well as several related articles. Library research is carried out by collecting primary data and secondary data. Collecting data will be carried out by collecting primary data sources and secondary data sources by reading and studying those that are appropriate to this research. The results of this study indicate that startups are pioneering companies and to avoid the startup phenomenon that often occurs, namely failure, there are factors that can be done to avoid failure and see from the perspective of Islamic Economic Law will the company move on what to say. Abstract

Background. Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam provinces is one the provinces that has special autonomy, namely the application of sharia law in all aspects of life, including financial intitutions. Qanun number 11 of 2018 concerning Islamic financial institution in the province of nanggroe Aceh Darussalam as a whole, including sharia financing cooperatives as referred to in article 28 Aim. This research is to show the implementation of qanun no. 11 of 2018 concerning Islamic financial institutions in cooperatives Methods. This research is s type of empirical juridical research with a sociological jurical approach, data collection techniques with interviews and documentation, data analysis is carried out by editing, classification, verification and analysis methods Results.from this study shows that in the implementation of qanun no. 11 of 2018 concerning Islamic financial institutions in cooperatives needs to be improved and reviewed from the mashlahah mursalahthe implementation of this qanun is the need to adapt to the new system but this gives a sense of security to cooperative members
