Abstract

Abstrak Dalam hal ini, pemilik perusahaan (pabrik) harus menunjukkan dan memegang komitmen kepada para pekerja (pekerja) untuk mencapai tujuan dan membuat pekerja tetap produktif, sehingga usaha dapat berkembang. Tentu saja, jika perusahaan (pabrik) mempertimbangkan kesejahteraan para pekerja (pekerja), hal ini dapat dicapai. Akibatnya, penulis ingin mengetahui bagaimana tatakelola pabrik ini dilakukan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui sistem yang digunakan dan diterapkan pabrik SHU SHAN serta tingkat kesejahteraan karyawan perspektif ekonomi syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kulaitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, jenis penelitian ini di kategorikan penelitian lapangan, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi, sumber data pada penelitian ini yaitu pemilik perusahaan (pabrik) dan para pekerja. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa 1) Pabrik tahu Shu Shan menggunakan sistem upah hasil; secara umum, sistem ini sesuai dengan karakteristik dan perspektif ekonomi syariah. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari fitur pemberian upah, yaitu pembayaran yang tepat waktu dan penetapan besaran upah yang disebutkan sejak awal. Selain itu, berdasarkan nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam, upah ini sudah dapat dianggap layak dan adil. 2) Tingkat kesejahteraan karyawan pabrik tahu Shu Shan ini secara umum cukup baik, sebagai akibat dari sistem upah dan tunjangan yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan karyawan, dan ini sesuai jika dilihat dari sudut pandang ekonomi syariah. Kata Kunci: karyawan , kesejahteraan, sistem upah. Abstract In this case, the company (factory) owner must show and hold a commitment to the workers (workers) to achieve the goal and keep the workers productive, so that the business can grow. Of course, if the enterprise (factory) considers the welfare of the workers (laborers), this can be achieved. Consequently, the author wanted to find out how the governance of this factory is done. The purpose of this research is to find out the system used and applied by the SHU SHAN factory and the level of employee welfare from the perspective of Islamic economics. This research uses a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, this type of research is categorized as field research, data collection through interviews, observation and documentation, the data sources in this study are the company owner (factory) and the workers. The results of this study that 1) Shu Shan tofu factory uses a result wage system; in general, this system is in accordance with the characteristics and perspectives of Islamic economics. This can be seen from the features of wage payment, namely timely payment and determination of the amount of wages mentioned from the beginning. In addition, based on Islamic economic values, this wage can be considered decent and fair. 2) The welfare level of the employees of Shu Shan tofu factory is generally quite good, as a result of the wage and benefit system used to improve employee welfare, and this is appropriate when viewed from the perspective of Islamic economics. Abstract

Abstrak Perumahan Syariah Hamfara Purwokerto menerapkan Islamic Marketing Mix dalam strategi pemasarannya, namun menghadapi kendala. Produk sering terlambat, harga ditujukan untuk kelas menengah ke atas, dan strategi promosi terbatas. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi mereka menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan lebih fokus pada nilai-nilai dalam memilih pembeli, harga ditentukan berdasarkan banyak pertimbangan, dan promosi ditargetkan pada generasi milenial. Lokasi perusahaan berada di tempat yang strategis. Namun, penelitian ini merekomendasikan peningkatan dalam penyerahan produk, pengembangan ide promosi yang inovatif, dan konsistensi dalam strategi lokasi.  Kata Kunci: Islamic Marketing Mix, Strategi Pemasaran.   Abstract Hamfara Syariah Housing in Purwokerto applies the Islamic Marketing Mix in its marketing strategy, but faces challenges. The product often arrives late, the price is aimed at the middle to upper class, and the promotion strategy is limited. This research analyzes their strategy using a qualitative approach and data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The research results show that the company focuses more on values when selecting buyers, the price is determined based on many considerations, and promotions are targeted at the millennial generation. The company’s location is in a strategic place. However, this research recommends improvements in product delivery, the development of innovative promotion ideas, and consistency in location strategy. Abstract

In the face of the growth of the sharia hotel, which is the world's first honest tourism destination, the destruction of camouflaging human resources is the company's principal need, especially in hospitality, when businesses realize that the economic assets of the 21st century are no longer about physical buildings, but rather the intellectual property of human resources. The development of human resources program covers several aspects of its expansion, including the goals, participants, the program, types, and methods used. In its operational management system, the sharia hotel is said to differ from the conventional one. As for the sharia hotel, it is a business of accommodation hotels that provide food and drink and lodging by applying sharia principles and not selecting them. The study uses fieldwork using a qualitative descriptive approach. This research data collection method is direct observation, interview, angket and documentation at the suria city bandung sharia hotel. Based on research, the implementation of the human resource development program at Hotel Syariah Suria City was attended by all employees and was carried out both formally and informally. The methods applied in the program are training methods and educational methods which include several types of training. Then in the analysis of assessing the success of the development program, Hotel Syariah Suria City Bandung measures this by monitoring changes in work and personality as well as employee behavior before and after the program. Meanwhile, in an effort to overcome obstacles such as participants and time, Hotel Syariah Suria City Bandung provides training according to the method of acceptance, and the understanding of employees. And in terms of time, Hotel Syariah Suria City Bandung has established an SOP for employee leave policies.

Abstract

The porpose of this research is to determine Islamic views on buying interest in online shops. This type of research is a qualitative type of research using data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. The techniques used for analysis are data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this research show that several informants or students who were interviewed were more interested in shopping at online shops than at markets and shops because there are various conveniences, they can save time and the prices are cheaper. The Islamic economic view regarding interest in buying from online shops is that doing business online is permitted as long as there is no injustice or the goods are defective as well as elements of usury and fraud. According to several informants or students who have been interviewed, it is legal to shop at an online shop as long as the goods are clear and there are no elements of usury or gharar in them, and there must be an agreement between both parties, namely between the buyer and the seller.
