<![CDATA[ABSTRAK Istilah "Gaya International", diciptakan oleh Henry-Russell Hitchcock dan Philip Johnson pada tahun 1932, mencirikan ciri umum arsitektur modern seperti itu sedang diproduksi di Eropa oleh Le Corbusier dan anggota Bauhaus, diantara yang lain. International adalah mode operasi dalam dunia yang mengglobal, dan antar- arsitektur nasionalis - yaitu arsitektur tidak berakar pada tempat tetapi dapat ditransmisikan ke semua bagian dunia dan mewujudkan prinsip-prinsip modern dan universal mulai bertahan. Arsitektur modern adalah sebuah evolusi arsitektur dimana dekorasi dihilangkan dan menjadi bentuk geometri dengan mengutamakan pemikiran rasional. Tujuan diadakan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi apakah bangunan sampel menggunakan teori arsitektur modern dan membandingkan antara ketiga bangunan tersebut apakah ada perbedaan atau tidak. Maka hasil identifikasi dari ketiga bangunan tersebut mengacu pada penggunaan style yang mengarah pada international style yang berkembang di Eropa, dimana dari ketiga bangunan tersebut menerapkan pengaplikasianya baik dari penggunaan prinsip Avoidance of Applied Decoration pada rumah Aw House, kemudian pada bukaan pada bangunan geometris pada bangunan An Urban Villa, serta penggunaan struktur pilotis, the free plan pada lantai pertama pada bangunan IF House. Kata Kunci: arsitektur modern, gaya internasional, perumahan ABSTRACT Identify The Application of International Style In Residental buildings. The term "International Style", coined by Henry-Russell Hitchcock and Philip Johnson in 1932, characterizes the general features of modern architecture as it was being produced in Europe by Le Corbusier and members of the Bauhaus, among others. International is the mode of operation in a globalized world, and inter-nationalist architecture - that is architecture is not rooted in place but can be transmitted to all parts of the world and embodying modern and universal principles begins to take hold. Modern architecture is an architectural evolution where decorations are removed and become geometric shapes by prioritizing rational thinking. The purpose of this research was to identify whether the sample buildings used modern architectural theory and to compare the three buildings whether there were differences or not. So the results of the identification of the three buildings refer to the use of styles that lead to the international style that developed in Europe, where the three buildings apply the application of both the use of the Avoidance of Applied Decoration principle to the Aw House house, then to the openings in geometric buildings in An building.
