Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of the sanction system in improving the discipline of employees of the Department of Youth and Sports of North Sumatra Province. The method used is a qualitative method with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with 10 employees who work at the Department of Youth and Sports of North Sumatra Province. The results showed that the application of the sanction system has succeeded in improving employee discipline, especially in terms of attendance and timely completion of tasks. However, there are still obstacles in applying sanctions to violations that are more complex and unclear rules. Therefore, it is recommended that the Department of Youth and Sports of North Sumatra Province improve and clarify the sanction system applied and provide training to employees about the consequences of disciplinary violations.

Abstract

This paper aims to find the point of influence of the transformational leadership style on the change management of an organization in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. And the results obtained are that the transformational leadership style has a positive effect on the change management of an organization, with the characteristics of a leadership style that involves the charisma of a leader, is considered to be able to motivate employees to excel beyond expectations. In this case employees feel trust, admiration, respect for their leaders so that they are motivated to do more than what is expected of them. So that with this situation the change management designed by the leader will be realized for the benefit of the organization.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi digital marketing yang diterapkan oleh Erigo dalam meningkatkan daya saing brand fashion lokal melalui media sosial dan marketplace. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi literatur, observasi digital, dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi digital marketing Erigo efektif dalam memperkuat brand awareness, meningkatkan keterlibatan konsumen, serta memperluas jangkauan pasar. Integrasi media sosial sebagai saluran komunikasi dan marketplace sebagai kanal transaksi menciptakan sinergi pemasaran yang signifikan. Selain itu, pemanfaatan analitik digital membantu Erigo dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis data untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kampanye. Namun, tantangan utama terletak pada konsistensi konten dan adaptasi terhadap perubahan algoritma media sosial. Secara keseluruhan, strategi digital marketing terbukti menjadi faktor penting dalam memperkuat posisi dan daya saing merek fashion lokal di era transformasi digital.
