Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh manager training terhadap employee turnover intentions yang dimediasi oleh employee perceptions of manager pada karyawan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tingginya tingkat turnover karyawan pada industri perhotelan. Hal tersebut mengharuskan manager memberikan pelatihan kepada para karyawan agar mereka memiliki persepsi yang baik terhadap atasan dan perusahaan, sehingga niat mereka untuk keluar perusahaan pun menurun. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik pelatihan dan pengajaran yang diberikanatasan, diiringi dengan gaya komunikasi yang baik antara atasan dan karyawan, maka akan dapat menurunkan tingkat employee turnover intentions.

Abstract

Produktivitas karyawan yang baik dibutuhkan dalam suatu perusahaan untukmenunjang kesuksesan perusahaan itu sendiri. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan karyawan yangberkompeten serta berkomitmen dalam pekerjaannya serta bidangnya, yang tentunya didukung dengan koordinasi dari perusahaan yang baik. Aktivitas serta lingkunganpekerjaan dalam suatu perusahaan sangatlah berperan dari produktivitas para karyawanitu sendiri. Kondisi kerja harus diciptakan sebaik mungkin agar para karyawan tidakmerasa jenuh dan merasa nyaman saat melakukan pekerjaannya. Dalam meningkatkankinerja serta produktivitas karyawan, biasanya perusahaan terus meningkatkan kualitaskerja dengan pembagian tugas secara lebih banyak yang di bebankan kepada parakaryawan. Bisa dilakukan dengan pembagian kerja sesuai bidang, maupun asalmemberikan perintah kepada masing-masing karyawan yang mana seperti menuntutkaryawan agar bisa melakukan banyak pekerjaan dalam satu waktu dan dalam berbagaibidang.

Abstract

Companies need to pay attention to advertising creativity and product quality in order to improve consumer purchasing decisions. This study aims to examine the effect of advertising creativity and product quality on purchase decisions. This study used a quantitative method with a sample taken of 80 respondents using sunsilk shampoo in Serang City using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis uses the SEM approach which is processed through SmartPLS. The results test show that advertising creativity has a positive and significant direct effect on purchase decisions. Product quality has a positive and significant direct effect on purchase decision. This study concludes that advertising creativity has the most dominant effect on purchase decisions.

Abstract

This research was conceived as a response to the rapid development of technology and the increase in internet users, particularly in Indonesia. With APJII surveys showing significant growth in internet users, particularly among Generation Z students, and Good Stats' prediction that active social media users will continue to increase, this research focuses on the role of social media as a business platform, particularly TikTok. This research highlights TikTok's great potential as a profitable digital marketing platform, especially by optimising the features provided. The method used in this research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data used is secondary data collected through literature study. The results of this study show that TikTok, a short video-based app, has gained great popularity in Indonesia. Data recorded that Indonesia is the second country with the most TikTok users in the world. The significant increase in TikTok users, including features such as For You Page (FYP), hashtag usage, TikTok Shop, and Live Shopping, shows great potential as a digital marketing tool. TikTok Shop, as the newest feature, provides an integrated e-commerce space in the app, while Live Shopping enables direct interaction between brands and audiences, enhancing the purchase experience. Collaboration with TikTok creators is also useful as an effective strategy in building trust and reaching a wider marketing target.
