Abstract

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the shopping behavior of customers has been significantly affected and is being shifted towards online shopping. Understanding the customers’ opinions, attitudes, and emotions in feedback and comments plays an essential role in making decisions for organizations and individuals (e.g., companies and customers). In this study, we propose sentiment summaries from the customer knowledgebase (SSoCK) framework that analyses customer feedback and improve a mechanism for sentiment summarization by using text analysis including sentiment analysis. In the experiments, various domains from customer reviews (e.g., computer and Canon) are used to conduct. The results show that the proposed SSoCK framework has the high performance of sentiment classification in terms of its accuracy when compared to the other approaches. Moreover, the proposed framework generates various kinds of sentiment summaries that can support managers/potential customers understand trending/interesting aspects of the product with customer satisfaction and can be easily updated with new reviews within the same domain without storing any original data.

Abstract

Classification and resin infiltration treatment of MIH-related permanent anterior teeth are increasingly receiving attention nowadays. Objective: The study aims to evaluate the characteristics of these teeth; and to assess factors regarding treatment. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted using transilluminated and reflected light photographs, and the lesion was classified according to its color, size, type, heterogeneity and surface integrity. The data were analyzed using a chi-square test and multivariate logistic regression analysis to evaluate enamel craze lines (ECL), post-eruptive breakdown (PEB), and treatment procedures. Results: 73 teeth from 46 patients were included, in which 53 teeth had been treated. Size I showed the highest rate of PEB (66.67%). Females (OR = 20.39 (95%CI: 1.62 – 256.18)) and colored lesions (OR = 13.01 (95%CI: 1.82 – 93.13)) were associated with ECL/PEB. Microabrasion and etching cycles were inversely proportional and PEB required 4.33 etching cycles on average. A significant relationship was observed between surface integrity and composite fillings, between yellow/brown spot transformation and lesion color, sex and homogeneity. Conclusion: Lesion color, size, and sex are significant factors influencing ECL and PEB, while sex, surface integrity, lesion color, and homogeneity affect the treatment. Dental practitioners should consider these factors to provide appropriate treatment planning and consultation.

Abstract

The artist’s resale right, enabling visual artists to receive royalties from secondary market sales, is a pivotal intellectual property mechanism with varied global adoption. This article traces its historical evolution from early 20th-century legislation to its inclusion in international frameworks, contrasting the European Union and United Kingdom’s harmonized approaches with the United States’ rejection due to differing copyright philosophies. It examines the resale right provisions in a new-generation free trade agreement, analyzing Vietnam’s current legal gap under its intellectual property framework and the feasibility of incorporation. The article evaluates arguments for and against the resale right, highlighting its role in promoting artist equity and creative incentives against concerns of market distortion and administrative burdens. It argues that Vietnam should adopt the resale right to align with global standards, proposing solutions to legal, cultural, economic, and political challenges. This analysis offers insights for jurisdictions navigating intellectual property integration in trade agreements.
