Abstract

Abstrak Dampak COVID-19 terhadap pariwisata, transportasi, dan layanan terganggu. Pariwisata memiliki potensi besar sebagai tulang punggung pemulihan ekonomi di Kabupaten Bogor. Pengembangan desa wisata didukung melalui BUMDES Satu Miliar Satu Desa (Samisade) dan pada tahun 2022 diadakan Festival Desa Wisata dengan total hadiah Rp 1 Miliar. Pariwisata pedesaan dipandang sebagai sektor yang dapat berkontribusi pada pemulihan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di desa wisata binaan Sekolah Tinggi Pariwisata Bogor yaitu Desa Sukajadi. Ada banyak tempat wisata terkenal di sekitar Desa Sukajadi, namun dikelola oleh pihak swasta. Masyarakat di sini ingin turis juga datang ke desa agar desa bisa maju dan bisa membantu perekonomian masyarakat. Bagaimana konsep agrowisata di desa wisata Sukajadi? Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan konsep desa wisata Sukajadi yang berorientasi pada pengembangan desa wisata dari dan untuk masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk menggambarkan situasi dan potensi desa wisata untuk pengembangan ke depan. Temuan dari penelitian ini adalah konsep pengembangan desa wisata Sukajadi yang dapat dijadikan masukan bagi desa wisata milik masyarakat lainnya. Abstract The impact of COVID-19 on tourism, transportation, and services is disrupted. Tourism has great potential as the backbone of economic recovery in Bogor Regency. The development of tourist villages is supported through BUMDES One Billion One Village (Samisade) and in 2022 a Tourism Village Festival was held with a total prize of IDR 1 billion. Rural tourism is seen as a sector that can contribute to the recovery. This research was conducted in a tourist village assisted by the Bogor Tourism College, namely Sukajadi Village. There are many famous tourist attractions around Sukajadi Village, but they are managed by the private sector. The people here want tourists to come to the village too so that the village can progress and can help the economy of the community. What is the agritourism concept in the tourist village of Sukajadi? The purpose of this research is to develop a concept for the Sukajadi tourism village which is oriented towards developing a tourism village from and for the community. This study uses qualitative methods to describe the situation and potential of a tourism village for future development. The findings from this study are the concept of developing the Sukajadi tourism village which can be used as input for other community-owned tourist villages.

Abstract

The impact of COVID-19 on tourism was disrupted. Rural tourism is seen as a sector that can contribute to the recovery from the pandemic. Rural landscapes in the form of agricultural production areas become consumption areas for tourism. The concept of permaculture developed as an idea about the quality of life and protection of nature. There are many famous tourist attractions around Sukajadi Village, but they are managed by the private sector. Can the permaculture concept be developed as a community-based agro-tourism concept in Sukajadi tourism village? The purpose of this research is to develop the concept of tourism development for Sukajadi village which is community-based. This study uses qualitative methods to describe the situation and potential of a tourism village for future development. The findings from this study are the concept of developing the Sukajadi tourism village which can be used as input for other community-based tourism villages.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to develop a hospitality marketing strategy framework starting from pre-encounter marketing, encounter marketing, and post-encounter marketing. Methodology: This paper based on an analysis and synthesis of the literature relating to pre-encounter marketing, encounter marketing, and post-encounter marketing in hospitality. Gaps in previous research have been identified and a conceptual framework proposed as a consequence. Results: A hypothetical model that describes the salient constructs and relationships between key variables which is a complete package of formal propositions which are logical statements derived from a conceptual framework. Limitations: This paper provides a method for future researchers to implement strategic marketing planning in the hospitality industry through the application of structured dimensions. Contribution: This paper identifies the previously unexplored connection of service quality with service experience and hospitality service encounters between constructions, so that this connection is a new construct to improve hospitality customer satisfaction.
