<![CDATA[This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of workload an work stress on employee performance at PT. PLN Persero UP3 Timika Papua. This type of research is explanatory research with a quantitative approach. In collecting data, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique. The research sample is the entire population of permanent employees of PT. PLN Persero UP3 Timika Papua totaling 50 employees. Sources of research data consist of primary data (result of questionnaires) and secondary data (journals, theses, and books related to the research topic). Data collection methods consist of questionnaires and documentation. The research variables consist of the independent variables (workload (X₁)), (work stress (X₂)), and the dependent variable (employee performance (Y)). Retrieval of data using a Likert scale. The research instrument test consist of validity test, reliability test, and a classical assumption test. Methods of data analysis using mutiple linier regression analysis and t test. Based on the result of hypothesis testing, it shows that (1) the workload variable has a significant effect on employee performance. In addition, the results of hypothesis testing show that (2) the variable of work stress has no significant effect on employee performance. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dari beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. PLN Persero UP3 Timika Papua. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian penjelasan (explanatory research) dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Dalam pengambilan data, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh populasi karyawan tetap PT. PLN Persero UP3 Timika Papua yang berjumlah 50 karyawan. Sumber data penelitian terdiri dari data primer (hasil kuesioner) dan data sekunder (jurnal, skripsi, maupun buku-buku yang terkait dengan topik penelitian). Metode pengumpulan data terdiri dari kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Variabel penelitian terdiri dari variabel independen (beban kerja (X₁)), (stres kerja (X₂)), dan variabel dependen (kinerja karyawan (Y)). Pengambilan data menggunakan skala likert. Uji instrumen penelitian terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji asumsi klasik. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji t. Berdasarkan hasil uji hipotesis, menunjukkan bahwa (1) variabel beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa (2) variabel stres kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.]]>
