Abstract

The Bank Indonesia Scholarship is a social program by Bank Indonesia that provides tuition assistance for undergraduate students at various State Universities (PTN). However, the process of determining scholarship recipients has often been inaccurate, primarily because the selection process has not utilized systematic tools or methods. To address this issue, a system has been designed to enhance the accuracy of scholarship recipient selection. The selection process requires precision and is time-consuming, as each student's data must be compared according to predetermined criteria, making it susceptible to human error. Currently, Bank Indonesia has not implemented a method to facilitate the selection of potential scholarship recipients, relying instead on manual comparisons. This study introduces the application of the Fuzzy Multiple Attribute Decision Making (FMADM) method combined with Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to improve the selection process. The FMADM method is employed to identify the best alternatives from a set of options based on predefined criteria, while the SAW method is used to rank these alternatives. The findings of this study serve as a decision-making tool to recommend scholarship recipients, contributing to the development of knowledge in the field of decision support systems. By integrating these methods, the research advances the accuracy and efficiency of scholarship selection processes, offering a model that can be adapted for similar contexts in educational funding and beyond.

Abstract

Nowadays, people's enthusiasm in studying history, especially the history of their respective regions, is currently decreasing, so that knowledge about the history of the region is minimal and coupled with the lack of literature on the history of an area and the lack of initiative and creativity of local governments in educating history to the public. Responding to problems like this, new breakthroughs are needed such as field trip methods combined with a technological device, such as one of the visual technologies that can be used for field trips is virtual reality technology. By applying the throw away prototype method as a method in making applications where the throw away prototype method is a method that leads to presentation results only, aims to visualize a system that is being built based on user comments, the next prototype continues to be built until it can visualize a real working system. Tests carried out using the black box method and white box testing on the Pinrang Regency historical gallery application. The results of this study can be used by the people of Pinrang Regency, especially for students as a means of learning history about Pinrang Regency.

Abstract

Determination of where to live in a newly recognized area is influenced by many factors, including distance, price, facilities, room size, vehicle, house design and vehicle costs. This journal determines the criteria used in choosing a place to live. These criteria are analyzed using simple addtive weighting (saw) algorithm and fuzzy multi-attribute decision making algorithm. The results of the analysis obtained are in the form of location criteria to determine the most suitable boarding place because the presence of boarding houses around public facilities is expected for newcomers to a new area. With the advancement of information technology, it can answer the need for finding a boarding house, and will be of great help both from the side of the owner and tenant. And not only that, with this internet technology, prospective tenants can also choose a boarding house according to their wishes. Planning a system that can assist in determining temporary housing is needed by tenants in finding housing that fits the desired criteria. Abstract

Dalam menentukan siapa yang layak menerima bantuan pemerintah memiliki peranan yang penting yaitu memberikan kriteria yang akan dijadikan acuan sebagai syarat untuk mendapatkan bantuan diantaranya jumlah penghasilan, jenis pekerjaan, jumlah tanggungan, kondisi rumah, kepemilikan rumah, sumber air, dan umur. Kriteria-kriteria tersebut yang nantinya akan dijadikan pertimbangan untuk menentukan penerima bantuan yang akan menjadi priorotas. untuk itu diperlukan suatu system pendukung keputusan (SPK) yang dapat memperhitungkan segala kriteria yang mendukung keputusan untuk membantu, mempercepat, dan mempermudah proses pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan masyarakat miskin. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan metode Weighted Product ( WP ). Dimana metode WP akan melakukan perbaikan bobot atau normalisasi dan kemudian menghitung preferensi untuk mendapatkan hasil akhir yang akan menjadi pedoman untuk memberikan bantuan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu dalam menentukan calon penerima bantuan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem dengan blackbox menunjukan bahwa SPK tidak memiliki defect atau kesalahan berarti, sistem yang dibuat sudah memenuhi persyaratan fungsional , dan berhasil memenuhi kebutuhan pemerintah desa bukit samang.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk penggunaan media informasi di internet dalam dunia pariwisata adalah aplikasi smart tourism yang mencangkup konsep pariwisata yang memanfaatkan TIK. Dalam mengembangkan sistem aplikasi smart tourism yang dapat membantu kebutuhan wisatawan, maka diperlukan sebuah penentuan kebutuhan fitur-fitur apa saja yang diinginkan pengguna di aplikasi untuk membuat aplikasi sesuai dengan asumsi dan pemenuhan pengguna. Peneliti menggunakan metode Feature-Oriented Domain Analysis (FODA) analisis domain Ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu analisis konteks, pemodelan domain dan pemodelan arsitektur. Hasil dari analisis ini diharapkan dapat memberikan model referensi fitur bagi pihak pengembang aplikasi smart tourism kedepannya, sehingga pengembang aplikasi sudah mengetahui fitur-fitur yang dibutuhkan agar memenuhi keinginan user aplikasi smart tourism dan fitur-fitur yang tidak diprioritaskan implementasinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini didapatkan sebanyak 55 fitur yang dikategorikan menjadi mandatory feature dan optional feature.
