Abstract

Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember, Kebun Gunungpasang is one of the industries engaged in plantations that produce various types of commodities such as rubber, coffee, and cloves. But in the observations made, will be focused on the rubber commodity sector. In its daily production activities, this company still uses humans as one of its resources. Work accidents that occur in this company have the potential to occur because there are several hazards faced by workers. Starting from physical hazards, chemical hazards, to ergonomic hazards. Observations were made on factory security and assisted the processing of rubber production in the factory, rubber processing, rubber drying, storage, and counters. The purpose of this observation is to identify the hazards that exist in Perumda Perkebunan Kahyangan Jember, Gunungpasang Plantation.
