Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat efisiensi pengelolaan dana Zakat BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung periode tahun 2021-2022 melalui rasio biaya penghimpunan, rasio biaya operasional dan rasio biaya pegawai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu laporan status keuangan dan sumber Badan Amir Zakat Nasional Kota Bandar Lampung periode 2021-2022 berupa dokumen, penelitian literatur dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian kami menunjukkan bahwa untuk rasio apapun masih terdapat nilai efisiensi yang lebih rendah. Tingkat kesembuhan mencapai peringkat efisien sebesar -352,4% dan -337,5% pada tahun 2021 dan 2022. Proporsi biaya operasional terhadap jumlah total hak milik semakin meningkat, dan semakin tinggi jumlahnya, semakin tidak efisien. Rasio ini juga berada pada tingkat efisien pada tahun 2021 dan 2022 dengan nilai -111,08% dan -94,99%. . Selain itu, rasio biaya operasional terhadap total volume pengumpulan pada tahun 2021 dan 2022 menunjukkan tingkat efisien dengan nilai berkisar antara -28,38 hingga -29,62%. Rasio biaya tenaga kerja menjadi lebih efisien. Oleh karena itu, terjadi fluktuasi data ketika membandingkan tingkat efisiensi pengelolaan dana Zakat BAZNAS Kota Bandar Lampung periode 2021-2022 menggunakan indikator keuangan OPZ.

Abstract

Educational innovation in Indonesia continues to develop to create a learning system that is adaptive to changing times. One of the efforts made is to implement the four pillars of UNESCO education, namely learning to know, learning to do, learning to be, and learning to live together. The study looked at SD Nasima Semarang, which implemented a student exchange program to support its vision of becoming an international school. Through observation and interviews, this study evaluates how daily, weekly, and flagship programs at SD Nasima, including the dual curriculum (Independent and Cambridge Curriculum), as well as extracurricular activities and habituation of manners, contribute to character formation and improvement of student competence. The findings show that the combination of these programs has succeeded in improving the quality of education, building character, and strengthening

Abstract

From infant stages to childhood, children's language acquisition and development can be trained. The parental involvement in the acquisition and development of children's language is critical, particularly in the avoidance of language disorders in children. The goal of this research is to determine the acquisition process of language in a six-year-old child with a speech delay disorder. Furthermore, researchers aim to determine the role of parents, family, and the local environment in the language acquisition process that occurs in these children. The descriptive qualitative method was used in this study. The following data collection methods were used: literature review, observation, and personal interview. The primary sources used in this study were children aged six years old who had speech delays, and the secondary sources were e-books, books, and journal or articles related to speech delay problems. The findings of this study show that parents, family, and the surroundings really do have a massive effect on children's language acquisition and development. Speech disorders in children can also be genetically inherited.
