Abstract

Data security and information systems in a company are very important because they transport a company's data progress. Currently, there are many crimes in the field of technology, so a security system is needed so that data cannot be accessed and stolen by unauthorized people. The aim of this research is to provide outreach in training on the use of cyber security in a company. The right way to use to build security information in a company includes: 1. Making a study of policies regarding various information systems. Using an encryption system in data transfer 3. Choosing safe software for the organization 4. Increasing the security of passwords used .5 Implementing an Information Security Management System. Carrying out this service can help employees and company management of PT Unisystem Utama in maintaining data security from people who do not have the right to use data owned by the company.

Abstract

Abstrak - Sistem Informasi Rekam Medis pada rumah sakit memiliki banyak data sensitif seperti data pasien, data asuransi kesehatan. Data tersebut rentan terjadi kebocoran dan pihak rumah sakit harus memiliki standar keamanan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mengevaluasi keamanan siber dari OpenEMR, sebuah sistem manajemen rekam medis elektronik open-source. OpenEMR adalah perangkat lunak open-source, yang berarti dapat diunduh dan digunakan secara gratis. Hal ini sangat menguntungkan bagi klinik kecil atau organisasi kesehatan di Indonesia yang mungkin memiliki anggaran terbatas untuk pengembangan maupun biaya operasional teknologi informasi. Dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak open-source, klinik dan organisasi kesehatan dapat menghemat biaya lisensi yang signifikan dan mengalokasikan dana tersebut untuk keperluan lain. Dalam penelitian ini, dilakukan berbagai pengujian keamanan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi kerentanan dan ancaman terhadap sistem informasi rekan medis OpenEMR. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan keamanan sistem informasi rekam medis OpenEMR. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi penyelidikan kerentanan yang melekat pada sistem informasi OpenEMR, potensi konsekuensi dari pelanggaran data, dan langkah-langkah penting yang harus diambil oleh penyedia layanan kesehatan untuk memastikan keamanan dan integritas informasi pasien. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan panduan Web Security Testing Guide (WSTG) dari OWASP untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas panduan WSTG dalam mengidentifikasi dan mengatasi kerentanan keamanan pada sistem informasi rekam medis OpenEMR.Kata Kunci; Keamanan Siber, Sistem Informasi, Rekam Medis,  Openemr V7.0.2 Abstract - Medical Record Information Systems in hospitals have a lot of sensitive data such as patient data and health insurance data. This data is vulnerable to leakage and hospitals must have high security standards. This study aims to test and evaluate the cybersecurity of OpenEMR, an open-source electronic medical records management system. OpenEMR is open-source software, which means it can be downloaded and used for free. This is very beneficial for small clinics or health organizations in Indonesia which may have a limited budget for information technology development and operational costs. By using open-source software, clinics and healthcare organizations can save significant licensing costs and allocate those funds for other purposes. In this research, various security tests were carried out to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to the OpenEMR medical partner information system. It is hoped that the results of this research can provide recommendations for improving the security of the OpenEMR medical record information system. The analysis performed included an investigation of inherent vulnerabilities in the OpenEMR information system, the potential consequences of a data breach, and important steps that healthcare providers should take to ensure the security and integrity of patient information. This research method uses the Web Security Testing Guide (WSTG) from OWASP to evaluate the effectiveness of the WSTG guide in identifying and overcoming security vulnerabilities in the OpenEMR medical record information system.Keywords; Cyber Security, Information Systems, Medical Records, Openemr V7.0.2

Abstract

The development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) is one of the strategic efforts to encourage local and national economic growth. However, low technological literacy and data analytical capabilities are the main obstacles for MSMEs in facing competition in the digital era. To answer these challenges, MNC University, in collaboration with the SHARP Class Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program from PT SHARP Electronics Indonesia, as well as Boedi Luhur Bekasi Vocational School, is implementing a technology-based community service program. This program focuses on providing data analytics skills to vocational school students as young people who have the potential to support MSMEs in their surrounding environment. This activity includes intensive training on data processing using computer science-based tools and methods, designed to improve students' ability to understand, analyze and apply data in making business decisions. A collaborative approach involving academics, industry practitioners and vocational educators ensures that the material presented is relevant to the needs of industry and MSMEs. The results of this program show a significant increase in participants' understanding and skills in data analytics, as well as the real contribution of Boedi Luhur Vocational School students in supporting the development of local MSMEs. This study provides empirical evidence that synergy between educational institutions, industry and vocational schools can be a model of sustainability in developing technology-based human resource capacity.

Abstract

PT XYZ needs information system (SI) strategic planning to increase efficiency, effectiveness and competitiveness in providing services to customers. This research uses the Ward and Peppard methodology with three stages: input (identification of vision/mission and data collection), analysis (analysis of the business environment and IS), and output (mission formulation, IS/IT strategy, and IS management strategy). The research results show that the use of appropriate technology and the development of reliable information systems are key factors for the company's success. To support performance in the next three years, it is recommended to implement CRM (customer relationship management) and ERP (enterprise resource planning) systems which are able to increase operational efficiency and provide competitive advantages.
