Abstract

Entrepreneurship is considered as a way out in overcoming the problem of limited employment opportunities and poverty faced by almost all countries, including Indonesia. This phenomenon occurs due to the low motivation and interest of the community to develop an entrepreneurial spirit (entrepreneurship). Based on this, Indonesia still needs to prepare drivers for economic development. The government in each country is obliged to encourage its young generation to build an entrepreneurial spirit, so that they are free from dependence on other parties. Recognizing the importance of working hard with the initial goal of self-prosperity, the field of entrepreneurship is an option that can be realized by all levels of society. The research method used in this study is a literature review and the results of the researchers' thinking. The type of data used is secondary data with a qualitative approach. However, it is realized that the process of becoming a successful entrepreneur is not an easy thing. So the need for entrepreneurial traditions and strategies through business and lifestyle in.

Abstract

E-commerce transactions accounted for 8% of total retail sales in Indonesia in 2018 and are expected to increase to 18% by 2023, according to research conducted by Morgan Stanley, an American multinational investment bank. This is due to the changing behavior of customers, who are more prepared to pay more for greater convenience. This research is a literature review and the result of the researcher's thinking. The type of data used is secondary data with a qualitative approach. Broad market share, easier transactions, increased production, simpler payments, and more varied promotions are some of the benefits of digitalization for Indonesia's economic growth. Negative sides include the possibility of fraud and plagiarism, as well as a lack of labor absorption. In addition, the financial sector, agriculture, culture, tourism, and the creative economy are areas that can thrive in the digitalization era.

Abstract

Education is one of the goals of life of the community both from the past until now. Education itself in its implementation really needs quality that guarantees that those who do it can be guaranteed quality and knowledge. Quality management is one of the things that underlies the quality of education. How this quality management will improve quality, equality, needs and what is needed for the smooth running of education and of course education that should be enjoyed by the community. And this quality management will affect the quality of a school itself.

Abstract

The purpose of writing this article is a narrative literature review of 3 (three) articles that discuss the Analysis of ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System Implementation on Customer Satisfaction with Service Quality, aiming to identify and summarize previously published articles without any criticism for the articles reviewed. The results of the review indicate that there is a significant relationship between customer satisfaction with service quality and the use of quality management systems, as well as a significant relationship between service quality and the use of quality management systems. Implementation of the Quality Management System has a weak effect on Participant Satisfaction. The main objective of ISO 9001 implementation is to increase customer satisfaction both external and internal, including students as the main users of organizational services as external customers.

Abstract

Teacher performance is the work achieved by a teacher in carrying out their duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to them. However, based on facts on the ground, teacher performance is still not optimal. Work motivation is one of the factors that influence performance. Work motivation is also a requirement that is used by someone to do a job. In improving teacher performance, of course, it cannot be separated from encouragement from oneself or from outside, one of which is the principal as encouragement from outside. And work discipline is one factor that is no less important than work motivation. So that discipline is very important for the growth of an institution and organization to encourage its members to fulfill the demands of various predetermined provisions.
