<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian menganalisis efektivitas pelaksanaan individual treatment model dalam pembinaan anak berhadapan dengan hukum di Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) Kelas II Maros. 2). Untuk mengetahui dan mengamati kendala-kendala yang timbul dalam pelaksanaan individual treatment model terhadap anak berhadapan dengan hukum di LPKA Kelas II Maros. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan secara yudiris dan empiris. data yang didapatkan penulis merupakan data studi dokumen dan wawancara dari pihak yang bersangkutan dalam hal ini adalah anak didik Lembaga Pembinaan Khusus Anak (LPKA) dan petugas pembinaan LPKA Kelas II Maros. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan penulis adalah: 1). Pelaksanaan individual treatment di LPKA Kelas II Maros masih kurang efektif karena tidak diterapkan dengan baik atau belum ideal dari konsep pembinaan secara perorangan itu sendiri. 2). Jumlah petugas pembinaan yang kurang, baik pembina LPKA maupun pembina khusus, yaitu psikolog maupun tokoh agama tidak mencukupi dan kendala lain, yaitu dana. The research objective is to analyze the effectiveness of implementing the individual treatment model in developing children in conflict with the law at the Class II Special Child Development Institute (LPKA) Maros. 2). The data obtained by the author is documented study data and interviews from the parties concerned, in this case the students of the Special Child Development Institute (LPKA) and LPKA Class II Maros coaching officers. The implementation of individual treatment at LPKA Class II Maros is still less effective because it is not implemented well or the concept of individual coaching itself is not ideal. 2).
