Abstract

This study investigates the strategy for developing an organizational learning culture at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Branch Office Jakarta Bendungan Hilir. It employs four independent variables, namely knowledge management, entrepreneurial orientation, transformational leadership, and control management systems, with organizational learning as the dependent variable. The survey method is used, and data is collected through a questionnaire administered to all employees, with a sample of 71 respondents analyzed using SPSS 25. The findings indicate that knowledge management, entrepreneurial orientation, transformational leadership, and control management systems do not directly impact organizational learning. However, when considered collectively, these factors significantly influence the formation of an organization's learning culture, accounting for 71.9% of the variance. This study examines the collective impact of knowledge management, entrepreneurial orientation, transformational leadership, and control management systems on developing an organizational learning culture. The findings provide organizations with valuable insights to make informed decisions that enhance learning capabilities and cultivate a culture prioritizing continuous learning and improvement. Recognizing the significance of these factors enables organizations to shape their practices and policies, fostering a strong learning environment, facilitating knowledge sharing, and driving innovation.

Abstract

The use of instructional media can assist teachers in improving the quality of learning. The presence of instructional media also helps students develop a shared understanding of the material being taught. Nearly all human activities today are connected to science and technology (abbreviated as IPTEK in Indonesian). Science and technology can also be utilized in the field of education. One example of this utilization is the use of video media. Video media can be developed by educators using the Canva application. This study aims to explore the development of video-based instructional media using the Canva application for the Islamic Cultural History (SKI) subject in Grade 5 at MI Hijriyah II Palembang. The research method is a development study using the ADDIE development model. The sample in this study consists of class 5B, with a total of 34 students. The data analysis techniques used are validity analysis and practicality analysis. Data validity was tested through language validation, content validation, and media validation. The results of the study show that the process of developing video media using the Canva application through the ADDIE stages was implemented successfully according to plan. In terms of validity, the media falls into the "very valid" category, with content validation scoring 84%, media design validation scoring 100%, and language validation scoring 94%. Based on these three validation aspects, the developed video media is considered highly valid. After validation, the media was then tested in the classroom to assess its practicality. In terms of practicality, based on the teacher's response questionnaire, a score of 82% was obtained, placing the product in the "very practical" category.
