Abstract

Pengabdian Masyarakat Program Studi Tata Hidang akan dilaksanakan di Desa Bangkat Monteh Kecamatan Brang Rea Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Daya tarik Desa Bangkat Monteh Kecamatan Brang Rea yang paling banyak diminati oleh wisatawan lokal adalah air terjun Ai Mual, dan akhir-akhir ini banyak masyarakat luar yang ingin menikmati keindahan panorama alam terutama air terjun dan bendungan yang memenuhi sosial media. Salah satu produk yang popular di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat adalah Susu kerbau merupakan susu segar yang dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat lokal Sumbawa Barat. Berdasarkan hasil pra observasi salah satu permasalahan yang terdapat di desa Bangkat Monteh belum bisa memanfaatkan susu kerbau yang berlimpah untuk di dijadikan berbagai macam produk olahan seperti minuman berbahan dasar susu kerbau. Berdasarkan hal tersebut sehingga perlu dilakukan pendampingan dan pelatihan untuk membuat olahan minuman dengan pemanfaatan bahan-bahan lokal terutama susu kerbau dan kopi. Metode penyampaian dilakukan dengan memberikan pemahaman dan pelatihan dengan metode presentasi dan demontrasi, peserta yang mengikuti pelatihan sejumlah 30 peserta yang terdiri dari unsur kelompok sadar wisata, Ibu-ibu PKK, dan warga desa Bangkat Monte, Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dapat diketahui bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat dapat membuat minuman sesuai dengan prosedur, peralatan, maupun sesuai secara organileptik.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the condition of the performance of Amber Beach Resort Lombok restaurant employees and to find out how to improve employee performance through communication with the assistant manager of Amber Beach Resort Lombok. The research design used is descriptive qualitative, which emphasizes analysis of inference processes based on the phenomena that occur in the field, with data collection using observation, interview, and documentation methods. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the performance of current employees is good and in accordance with the applicable sop where employees arrive on time, use uniforms neatly and that have been determined, employees are willing to get overtime hours (over time), able to achieve the target of providing the amount of food, able to provide good service, can cooperate between employees and guests of Amber Beach Resort Lombok.

Abstract

This research aims to design and develop an Android application that can be used to diagnose results Sexually Transmitted Diseases using algorithms Certainty Factor. Sexually Transmitted Diseases is a sexually transmitted disease that can cause serious health impacts if not immediately identified and treated appropriately. This application is designed to help users carry out initial diagnoses independently. The method used in developing this application is the Certainty Factor algorithm, which is a rule-based decision support method. This algorithm utilizes knowledge from experts in the medical field and combines it with symptom data provided by users to produce more accurate diagnoses. The app will allow users to input suggested symptoms and generate a diagnosis based on that information. It is hoped that this application will be a useful tool in a self-directed approach to diagnosis Sexually Transmitted Diseases.
