Abstract

This study aims to determine the public's perception of the existence and benefits of the environment given green open space, in order to support comfort, beauty, and support sustainability in Singkil District, Manado City. This research was conducted from April to July 2022. The data used in this study were primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from interviews with the community using a questionnaire, while secondary data was obtained from government documents from the Singkil District. With the number of respondents as many as 27, namely 3 respondents in 9 villages in the Singkil District, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis. Based on the results of this study, it shows that the community needs the existence of green open space because it is useful and has a function for the community itself to reduce pollution and organize the spatial layout of the area. The existence of green open space in Singkil sub-district is still limited to a program from the government that has not been realized properly, because it has not been structured properly due to the dense population.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the business model implemented by PT Berkat Abadi Korindo and map the business model implemented. This research was conducted from September to October 2022. The location was chosen deliberately. The types of data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through in-depth interviews and FGDs with owners, financial and production managers from PT. Korindo's Eternal Blessing. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained through the Industry and Trade Office of Bitung City, literature, journals and research reports. The results of the study show that the customer segment of PT Berkat Abadi Korindo is a company selling fishing nets. Then the proposition offered is the customization of coir rope with quality standards in accordance with SNI. PT Berkat Abadi uses a link as a channel to reach its customers. Then the relationship with customers is carried out in a personal way. The revenus stream element from PT Berkat Abadi Korindo only sells coconut fiber rope. Furthermore, the main resources used are production machines with key activities in the form of production activities. While the main partnerships that support the running of the company are Liaison and Suppliers in the last element in the form of a cost structure containing fixed costs and variable costs. After obtaining information from the business model environment, it was identified that the business model used by PT Berkat Abadi Korindo was the Business Model Canvas.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the millennial generation's perception of work in the agricultural sector in South Likupang District, North Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted for three months from May to July 2023, located in South Likupang District, North Minahasa Regency. The type of data used in the research is primary data obtained directly through interviews and filling out questionnaires from millennial generation groups. Secondary data were obtained from relevant agencies, namely the South Likupang District Office, the North Minahasa Regency Statistics Agency, research results and literature related to the research conducted. The research population was the millennial generation from farming families in South Likupang District, North Minahasa Regency. Sampling was carried out by proportional sampling, namely sampling that takes into account the elements or categories in the research population. The research population is all children with heads of families with agricultural livelihoods, namely a total of 53 families out of 278 families with heads of families who make a living from the agricultural sector. Data analysis used to see the influence variable used Likert scale. The results showed that the millennial generation's perception of work in the agricultural sector in South Likupang District, North Minahasa Regency on internal factors from the education level indicator was on doubtful criteria, parental support was on very agreeing criteria and peer influence was on very agreeing criteria. External factors in the income indicator are in the criteria strongly agree, the agricultural socialization indicator is in the doubtful criteria and the agricultural innovation indicator is in the criteria strongly agree. Millennial perceptions of employment in the agricultural sector agree that work in the agricultural sector is profitable with a percentage of 73.33 percent.
