Abstract

Recruitment is an initial organisational activity with the aim of identifying and finding potential employees. After the recruitment process, a selection process is needed which is a process to decide on the right employee from a group of prospective employees obtained through the recruitment process, both internal and external recruitment. The recruitment and selection process is a unity process that cannot be separated. The purpose of this study was to determine the recruitment and selection system used by Frozen Food MSMEs (UD Seleraku) by applying the Franchise method. This research is qualitative research using a case study approach. The research was conducted to understand the subject's actions in responding to the franchise phenomenon. Data were obtained through the interview method and supported by scientific papers relevant to the research conducted. The results of this study are that the employee search process for the recruitment process is carried out peer to peer and there are no certain criteria for someone to become a franchisee at UD Seleraku. UD Seleraku also applies 2 sources of selection, namely internal and external. Keywords: Recruitment; Selection; Franchise; MSMEs

Abstract

The rapid development of science and technology has posed significant challenges for religious life, necessitating innovative, dialogical approaches to Islamic da’wah that can serve as a moral filter. This study addresses the gap in understanding how interactive radio programs function as effective media for religious communication. The research aimed to measure the effectiveness of dialogical da’wah through Prosalina FM in improving religious understanding among the people of Jember. A quantitative correlational approach was employed, involving 44 respondents selected through accidental sampling from listeners who actively participated in the Diaparis (Dialog Pakar Islam) program. Data were collected using questionnaires, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed using the Chi-square formula and Contingency Coefficient (KK). The results showed a Chi-square value of 9.57, which is higher than the table value of 3.84 at a 5% significance level, indicating a significant effect. The KK value of 0.42 falls within the range of 0.40–0.70, signifying a moderately meaningful level of effectiveness. The study concludes that dialogical da’wah via radio is significantly effective in enhancing religious understanding. It is recommended that such programs be maintained, expanded in broadcast frequency, and adapted to address increasingly complex religious needs. Perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang pesat telah menimbulkan tantangan signifikan bagi kehidupan beragama, sehingga diperlukan pendekatan dakwah Islam yang inovatif dan dialogis yang mampu menjadi filter moral. Penelitian ini menjawab kesenjangan pemahaman mengenai bagaimana program radio interaktif berfungsi sebagai media komunikasi keagamaan yang efektif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengukur efektivitas dakwah dialogis melalui Prosalina FM terhadap peningkatan pemahaman agama masyarakat Jember. Pendekatan kuantitatif korelasional digunakan dengan melibatkan 44 responden yang dipilih secara accidental sampling dari pendengar aktif program Diaparis (Dialog Pakar Islam). Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan rumus Chi-kuadrat dan Koefisien Kontingensi (KK). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Chi-kuadrat sebesar 9,57, lebih tinggi dari nilai tabel 3,84 pada taraf signifikansi 5%, yang berarti signifikan. Nilai KK sebesar 0,42 berada pada rentang 0,40–0,70, menandakan tingkat efektivitas yang cukup berarti. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa dakwah dialogis melalui radio efektif secara signifikan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman agama. Disarankan agar program semacam ini dipertahankan, diperluas frekuensi siarannya, dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan keagamaan masyarakat yang semakin kompleks.

Abstract

The proper functioning of election dispute resolution mechanisms is critical for democratic consolidation, yet Panwaslu performance is hindered by inadequate compensation and variable emotional competence among members. Grounded in organisational behaviour and human resource management theories, the study examines compensation systems and emotional competence as determinants of performance. It analyses the influence of these factors on Panwaslu members’ performance in resolving electoral disputes, both jointly and separately. A quantitative approach using multiple regression analysis was employed, involving 129 respondents from district and city Panwaslu across East Java during the 2004 legislative and presidential elections. Data were collected through questionnaires, observation, documentation, and interviews. The findings show that the compensation system alone does not significantly affect dispute resolution performance (t=1.014, p=0.313), whereas emotional competence has a significant positive influence (t=2.507, p=0.013). Together, the variables explain 16.5% of the variance in performance (R²=0.165, F=0.000). The study concludes that emotional competence is the dominant factor and recommends that future Panwaslu recruitment prioritise indicators of emotional competence and that performance-based compensation be more explicitly formulated to enhance dispute resolution effectiveness. Mekanisme penyelesaian sengketa Pemilu yang berfungsi baik sangat krusial bagi konsolidasi demokrasi, namun kinerja Panwaslu menghadapi tantangan dari sistem kompensasi yang belum memadai dan kompetensi emosi anggota yang bervariasi. Penelitian ini berlandaskan pada teori perilaku organisasi dan manajemen sumber daya manusia, khususnya sistem kompensasi dan kompetensi emosi sebagai determinan kinerja. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh sistem kompensasi dan kompetensi emosi terhadap kinerja anggota Panwaslu dalam menyelesaikan sengketa Pemilu, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi berganda terhadap 129 responden dari Panwaslu Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Timur pada Pemilu legislatif dan presiden 2004. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner, observasi, dokumentasi, dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem kompensasi secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja penyelesaian sengketa (t=1,014; p=0,313), sedangkan kompetensi emosi berpengaruh positif signifikan (t=2,507; p=0,013). Secara simultan, kedua variabel menjelaskan 16,5% varians kinerja (R²=0,165; F=0,000). Kesimpulannya, kompetensi emosi merupakan faktor dominan. Penelitian merekomendasikan agar rekrutmen Panwaslu ke depan memperhatikan aspek kompetensi emosi dan perumusan kompensasi berbasis kinerja secara lebih rinci.

Abstract

Dalam bekerja, sering dikaitkan dengan kompensasi yang didapat dan sudah diatur dalam undang-undang. Sedangkan Islam mengajarkan bekerja adalah aktivitas yang bernilai ibadah. Hukum di Indonesia yang mengatur kompensasi adalah Undang-Undang UU No.11 tahun 2020 tentang Cipta Kerja dan Ketenagakerjaan. Sehingga apabila kompensasi tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan akan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Karena bisa menimbulkan demotivasi, kekecewaan, kebutuhan terasa tidak tercukupi hingga bisa mengakibatkan tindakan hukum atau fraud. Kinerja dalam penelitian ini adalah Return on Asset (ROA) perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini menguji hubungan rasio gaji, internal fraud, dan ROA studi kasus pada sembilan Bank Umum Syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dikaitkan dengan teori pengharapan dan teori GONE (Greeds, Opportunities, Needs, Exposures). Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif dengan menggunakan metode ilmiah untuk mengetahui hubungan diantara variabel-variabel yang diuji dalam penelitian. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan Software SmartPLS versi 3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan rasio gaji tidak berpengaruh terhadap terjadinya internal fraud dan peningkatan ROA. Sedangkan internal fraud tidak berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan ROA.

Abstract

Job analysis is an important part of human resource management activities. Because one of the things that delivers organizational success is the existence of accurate data about the profile of each position, the type of skills and abilities needed as well as the experience and education required to occupy a position and can create a positive organizational culture. Organizational culture can be defined as a set of systems, values, beliefs, assumptions or norms that have been relatively long in force, agreed upon and followed by all members of the organization As behavioral norms in solving organizational problems. This study aims to determine the role of job analysis on organizational culture in the perspective of human resources at Artee Law Offiice. This research method uses qualitative research methods and the data sources used in this study use primary data sources and secondary data. So that the data collected apart from books, journals, websites are also sourced from the results of interviews conducted by researchers. The results of this study can be concluded by the existence of job analysis which consists of two main parts, namely job description and job specification able to maximize the potential of human resources owned. So that the job analysis is also able to create a positive organizational culture because all parties involved such as lawyers, paralegals and management have their own job descriptions and job specifications.

Abstract

The digital transformation of zakat fundraising through the GoZakat platform managed by BAZNAS provides convenience while also introducing challenges in the form of digital risks. This study aims to identify the types of risks in online zakat collection and analyze the mitigation strategies adopted by BAZNAS. Using a qualitative approach and case study method, data were collected through, document analysis, and platform observation. The findings reveal that major risks include data security, technical disruptions, and low digital literacy among users. To address these issues, BAZNAS implements mitigation strategies such as enhancing system security, conducting public education, and collaborating with external stakeholders. These findings highlight the importance of digital risk management in maintaining public trust and ensuring the sustainability of technology-based zakat systems.
