Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Net Profit Margin (NPM) on Return on Equity (ROE) in metal sub-sector companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022. The methods used are statistical analysis and descriptive analysis, then the model selection / feasibility test, namely the chow test, followed by the classical assumption test. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis tests, t statistical tests, f statistical tests and adjusted R-squared tests. The data source of this research comes from (www.idx.co.id and www.ajaib.co.id) in the form of secondary data. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique. The data is then analyzed using panel data regression through the Eviews 10 program. Based on the results of the Classical Assumption Test, Partial Test and Simultaneous Test. It can be concluded that the results of the Classical Assumption Test show that it meets the requirements and there are no significant problems with both the Multicollinearity Test and the Heteroscedasticity Test. The results of this study indicate that CR, DAR, DER and NPM have an effect on ROE in metal sub-sector companies and the like listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018-2022 either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

This article explain the implementation of maqashid syariah in sharia-competent hospitals in Indonesia. The analysis of the fulfillment of maqashid sharia in sharia hospital services aims to display a unique value preposition to take a niche in the healthcare market. Maqashid Syariah was chosen because Islamic values in sharia hospital services are a critical factor which is one of the considerations for consumers in choosing health services. This research uses the library research method by conducting a review of books, journals, articles, and various other references related to sharia maqashid then the researcher processes the data by analyzing its application to sharia hospital services. The results showed that sharia-competent hospitals have implemented the fulfillment of sharia maqashid in their service quality standards, namely religious protection (hifdz ad-din), life protection (hifdz an-nafs), protection of offspring (hifdz an-nasl), protection of reason (hifdz al-aql), and protection of property (hifdz al-mal). Abstract

The government plans to move the national capital from the Jakarta Special Capital Region to East Kalimantan, now known as the Nusantara Capital Region (IKN), in phases from the enactment of Law No. 3 in 2022. also plans to inaugurate the IKN on August 17, 2024 to coincide with the 79th anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia. However, this plan has problems in implementation as it requires a large budget of IDR 466 trillion with 20% funded by the state budget and 80% funded by the private sector. individuals, but so far no investor has made their investment in IKN. . This is due to a number of obstacles considered by large investors, such as high logistics costs and regulatory inconsistency. The purpose of this article is to analyze the difficulties encountered in funding the IKN project. Analytical techniques using descriptive qualitative methods with library research methods. The proposed results suggest an alternative source of financing using the Islamic crowdfunding model to attract investors.
